I went out of my car right after I parked it properly in the space available.

Agad akong sinalubong ni Mrs. Tims, Clereste Integrated School's principal. I was about to extend my hand for a handshake but instead, he reached out for a hug. I awkwardly hug her back.

"Wow, Xenon! You're a grown up man now!" she greeted exagerratedly.

I mentally cough. Of course, I did. And base on the way she said it, as if he witness how I developed from a toddler to the grown- up man she's talking about.

Mrs. Tims was my Math teacher when I was still studying here. A classmate once told me that I was her favorite student back then. As if I care, though.

"Nice meeting you again, ma'am," I said for the sake of formality. Although, partly, yes, it's nice to see this place again.

"How are you?" She asked. Iginaya na ako nito papunta sa tingin ko ay office nya.

"I'm good po," I answered politely.

"Nabalitaan kong may architechtural firm ka na, kaya nagplano ako na ikaw ang kuhanin para sa ipapatayong building sa school. Nagbabaka- sakaling magkadiscount din, alam mo na," she joked. Bahagya pa nitong hinampas ang braso ko.

I smirked inwardly.

"The firm you are talking about, ma'am, I just partially owned that. My other two cousins own that, too. So, I cannot assure you of a big discount but only a good quality building."

Natawa ito sa tinuran ko. "Oh, I know that! Ikaw talaga, Xenon!"

When we reached her office, she told me about her plans and the budget for the building. I just listened intently while she's talking.

"What can you say?"

She asked after she discussed almost everything.

I nodded.

"We will talk about this project first, ma'am, and I'll try to update you as soon as possible," sagot ko tsaka na ako tumayo. "I also want to see the whole place if I can."

"Sure! Itotour kita. A lot of changes happened, although maliliit lang," sabi nito tsaka tumayo na rin.

Napatango na lang ako sa sinabi nya. What else could I say, anyways?

Umalis na kami sa office nya at unang pumunta junior high school building.

This building reminds me of Sandy. I transfered here during my first year in senior high so I don't have much memories in this building unless it has something to do with that brat. Although our building was far from this, I still managed to go here and check on her. She's so fragile and naive that I can't help but be too protective of her.
She doesn't have friends na ipinagtataka ko because she's pure. Who would not want to be friends with a real person? All she has was few acquaintance.

Kaya hindi ko alam kung matutuwa ba ako ng magkaroon ng sya ng iilan.

"Sa Manila ka ba nakabase ngayon?" I heard Mrs. Tims asked.

"Opo."

"Good thing you are here! May project din ba kayo dito?"

We passed by a familiar room. If I am not mistaken, that was Sandy's room when she was in tenth grade.

I smiled.

"My wife wanted to visit her family here so we decided to stay for a while," I answered. Loving how the words smoothly rolled through my tongue.

Marahas na napalingon sa akin ang gurong kasama.

"You are married already?" Gulat nitong tanong.
