"Again! I want to go again!" I exclaimed standing back up again with my metal staff. Sweat rolled down my forehead as I got into my fighting stance. My father was a few feet away with a frown settled upon his face.

"A hero always has a limit (Y/N). I can already tell that you are at yours." He stated pushing his (H/C) hair away from his eyes.

I sighed, my arms shaking and legs trembling, he was right. I'm using my quirk too much, I could already feel bile rise up in my throat. I hate that being sick is my quirks drawback.

I quickly sped off to the nearest patch of grass and threw up the contents of my breakfast. I felt my father's rough and calloused hand rub my back and the other held my hair.

"Having the same drawback as mine kinda sucks, especially if you're in a fight with a villain. But training helps, I believe you'll be able to last a long time before feeling sick once you become a pro like your old man." He stated as I slowly stood back up with his help.

I looked around our backyard and saw many weapons, big and small, scattered everywhere. I've been training really hard to get into U.A. The entrance exams are in a few months so I don't have much time left.

"I'll clean everything up here, why don't you go take a walk to calm down. You can see how your friend Midoriya is if you want too." My dad suggested walking past me to start picking up the weapons.

"A-are you sure? I can stay here and help." I said walking forward to pick up the metal staff I was previously using.

Dad chuckled and shook his head.

"I can do this on my own, go out and relax, you earned it." He replied ruffling my (H/C) hair.

I smiled at him, nodded, and headed back inside. I quickly took a shower and got dressed into my regular attire before heading out. I walked around my quiet neighborhood enjoying the sounds of the animals and the smell of fresh air. I was glad that my parents weren't so strict with rules or how they trained me.

They've always supported the way I wanted to train. The outcomes were always great, and I got a fantastic grip on my father's quirk that I can now call my own. Now I just have to pass U.A's entrance exam and earn a spot in its hero course.

I smiled at the thought. I'm going to become a hero and save people.

Midoriyaaaaaa, how's training?

~SEAWEED~

It's good, the entrance exam is in a few months so I've been pushing myself.

I smiled at my phone. Midoriya and I have known each other for a long time. I met him the first day I moved to this neighborhood. It wasn't under the best circumstances, but it's what started our friendship
