The day after the USJ Incident, U.A. had a day off of school. I was really thankful for that, a lot of things happened yesterday that almost got me and my friends killed.
"(Y/N)! Are you sure you're well enough to go out?" Don't you want a little more rest?" My father asked as I was slipping on my shoes.
"I'm fine dad, recovery girl fixed me up yesterday. Shouldn't you be at your agency with mom?" I asked making him gasp and look down at his watch.
"YOU'RE RIGHT!! I LOST TRACK OF TIME!! YOUR MOM IS GOING TO KILL ME!!" He yelled sprinting out of our house. I chuckled at his actions before getting up, grabbing my keys, and exiting my house. The sharp smell of fresh air and flowers invaded my nose as I walked away from my house to go into the city.
Man, my nose is REALLY sensitive now. I don't even need to focus at all to smell certain things, mom was right.
My cat ears twitched every few minutes at new sounds that I passed by. I heard mumbling and whispers like they were clear conversations, I saw specks of dust and dirt that you couldn't see if you were normal, and every restaurant or bakery I passed by had me drooling just from the smells that emitted from them.
But then there was this feeling like I was being watched. It didn't feel like a threatening glare or like someone was stalking me. It just felt like I caught someone's eye.
I looked around at my surroundings. I went from person to person until my eyes landed on duel colored hair across the street. I smiled lightly recognizing the hair and eyes.
"Todoroki!" I yelled snapping him out of his analyzing gaze.
He looked up to meet my eyes as I made my way over to him.
"Chieko?.....why do you look like that?" He asked once I was in front of him.
"Hm? Oh! You must be talking about the cat ears and tail!"
He nodded slowly as he looked at me from bottom to top. "Your eyes look more cat-like than before." He stated.
"Really? I didn't really notice.....well! Yesterday my mom said I unlocked all of my cat quirk. That's the reason why this happened." I said pointing to my ears and tail. He only nodded still analyzing me.
"What? Do I have something on my face?" I asked whipping out my phone to check if I did.
"No it's not that......do you remember 11 years ago?" He also replied with a question making me tilt my head.
"11 years ago? What happened 11 years ago? I was four, I barely remember anything except some events like me moving and saving Izuku from a group of bullies"
Todoroki then looked at the ground with his eyes narrowed.
"It's......nothing, just forget I said anything." He then started walking away, hands in his pockets.
