Forever and Always (Izuku Midoriya X Reader)

Chapter 31

"I see that you already have a good grasp on your quirk. I would like to see what you had in mind for your ultimate moves." Ectoplasm said, standing a few feet away from me just in case my ultimate move required a bit of preparation.

"I've had an ultimate move in mind for quite a while. I thought I wouldn't be able to do it back then but right now, I think I have a pretty good chance." I smile, showing my pearly whites and sharp canines. "I'll need to focus by myself though, so I won't be fighting today."

"Alright, I will be watching from afar. Do not hesitate to ask for my assistance." Ectoplasm replied before walking away to give me some space.

I let out a small breath of air before sitting on the ground and examining my classmates around me. Seems like everyone is working on their ultimate moves, except Izuku. He examined his hands in deep thought, most likely trying to think of his ultimate moves.

A small smile graced my lips before I looked down at my lap and closed my eyes.

Izuku will be able to make his ultimate moves, I know it. 

"Young Chieko."

My eyes opened and I looked to my left only to see All Might. His right arm was in a sling and he had bandages wrapped around his head.

"A-All Might! Hi!" I stood up immediately and bowed. He smiled and pat my shoulder.

"Do you mind if I gave you some wisdom? I see that you're focusing on a move that doesn't require combat."

I nodded my head and scratched the back of my neck. "Y-Yeah, my mother and I used to think of ultimate moves when I was a kid. I thought of one that she never thought of doing while she was attending U.A.. She said I should go for it once I made it here, so I'm going to give it a shot."

"What will you be doing then?" He asked. I smiled brightly and pumped my fists.

"I'm going to turn myself into a cat sir! That way I can be even more sneaky than my mom!"

All Might smiled at me and nodded. "That's great, my advice to you would just be to focus, and imagine yourself turning into a cat. I believe you can do it young Chieko." He said before walking away.

"Thanks All Might!" I yelled and sat back down on the ground to start focusing on my ultimate move.

Some time passed and Aizawa finally dismissed us for the day.

"Regarding your costume improvements. Once you've figured out if anything needs to change, head to the development studio here. Get the experts to help you out and give suggestions. They'll know what to do." Was what he said before we all left. So now, I was walking right next to Izuku to go get some new improvements for our costumes.

"You look a little uneasy, Izuku. Are you feeling okay?" I asked grabbing his hand softly and smiling. He gave me a small smile back and squeezed my hand a bit.

"It's just something All Might told me about my ultimate move. He said that I need to think for myself. That I'm still trying to imitate him. I don't really get why that's a bad thing. But I know I have to do something about this." Izuku looked down at his arm. "They have to have some kinda brace to reinforce my arms here. I've gotta train my body so I can wield One For All at maximum power. And I need to figure out a way to use my quirk in my ultimate move. Otherwise, I'll fall behind you and everyone else." We stopped in front of the Development Studio and that's when I turned back on the door to look at Izuku with determination burning in my eyes.

"That's not going to happen Izuku. You're going to achieve your dream, I know it!" I declared and grabbed his shoulder. A small blushed dusted his cheeks and he nodded.
