Another few days have passed since the conference. The students in attendance were put on standby and told not to speak about the information given to us to....anyone. It was definitely a hard secret to keep, especially with Bakugou breathing down Izuku's neck like a raging bull most of the time.

I shook my head to clear away my thoughts. It was currently Lunchtime. Izuku and I were making our way to the cafeteria with our heads up in the clouds. Most likely thinking about the same matter at hand but different aspects of it. I was thinking about the League of Villains' involvement in this whole operation. Mr. Aizawa had pulled me aside after talking to the whole group to talk about it.

"If the League really does show up and are directly involved with the Haissaikai, You're out. When I mean you're out, you are to be escorted out by either your father or me." Aizawa said, pointing at himself. He looked down at me with a fondness that I've seen before. Similar to the way he looked at me when I spilled my heart out about keeping my moms condition a secret and just blaming myself.

He slowly raised his hand before plopping it down onto my head. Giving me a head pat and rub that made me want to cry. "I won't let them get to you like how they got to Haia."

I bit my lower lip as I sat down with Izuku to eat; We both decided to get Katsudon. I started eating at a turtle's pace. Izuku on the other hand just split his chopsticks and was staring down at his food with an unreadable expression on his face. I paused my eating to grab his hand. My boyfriend slowly looked up at me before I pressed a kiss to his cheek.

"Everything will be okay...I promise." I whispered, giving him a soft smile.

"I...I hope that's true (Y/N)." Izuku whispered back before looking down at his food once again.

"You both have been acting edgy and depressed ever since your work-study," Todoroki commented while eating his Soba. I jumped a bit at the sudden comment and immediately downed more food with puffed-up cheeks.

"Oh, have I really?!" Izuku exclaimed, laughing awkwardly before starting to eat as well. I could feel both Iida's and Todoroki's eyes on us while we ate in silence. It didn't last long though because Iida put his hand out to get our attention

"If you ever want to talk or anything just let me know. We're friends right?" He said with a kind smile. I could feel Izuku stiffen up at his words, his hand slowly starting to shake. "That's what you said to me remember, back when we were heading off to our internships...and I was acting like a fool." Iida added before looking at me. "Same thing applies to you as well Chieko."

My eyes widened a bit but I smiled, small tears gathering in the corners of my eyes. "Thank you, Iida." I replied, nodding in his direction. Izuku on the other hand started to cry. tears dripping down his cheeks and onto the table.

"AHH!! OH-O-OH DEAR!!"

"Midoriya?" Both Iida and Todoroki were stunned by my boyfriends' reaction while he quickly wiped at his eyes.

"Sorry..I'm okay...It's nothing." Izuku replied, letting go of my hand to stir his food together. He was quick at eating most of his meal. Well, more like shoving it in his mouth until his cheeks were full. I watched him down this until he set the bowl down to wipe his eyes again. "Heroes aren't supposed to cry." He stated, sniffling a bit.
