Rick took a small group with him to Noah's home community. The rest of us stayed behind. I offered to go, but Daryl wouldn't allow it-something about being a mom. Don't get me wrong, I love Harley. But I feel like I have to fight or I'll lose it.

"Staying isn't so bad is it?" Daryl sat beside me with Harley.

"Yes. It's very bad." I snorted slipping a finger into Harley's tiny hand. "I feel like I'll lose it if I don't fight."

"We all have our fights babe, and your fight is now for our family."

"All these people are our family."

"I know. We can still help but when they need it. Until then, we have this little guy to look out for."

Carol walked over shaking a bottle in her hand smiling down at Harley. "Hey there cutie pie. Hungry?"

"Do you mind feeding him?" Daryl asked looking up at Carol. "We are gonna go for a walk."

"Of course I would love to feed little man." Carol smiled picking Harley up out of Daryl's arms and walking off with him.

Daryl offered me his hand. Of course I took it without hesitation. The man drives me crazy. He led me into the woods just a little bit.

"Let's try to catch something." He smiled at me.

I slung up a few knives and flung them into a deer we saw walking past. Daryl's shot finished it. We had fun dragging it back to camp and trying to fight off a few walkers. "Family fun." I joked giving him a thumbs up.

Next thing I knew he was standing in front of me backing me into a tree and lifting me up with his lips pressed to mine.

Night was coming faster. Rick called over the radio saying they were coming back but something happened. Also stay close to Sasha.

When they pulled up, they were all in tears and couldn't speak. When they opened the back of the truck, they pulled Tyrese's dead limp body and my stomach dropped. I should've been there.

Sasha fell to her knees and cried. I guess she knows how Maggie feels now. Hopefully they can lean on each other a little bit.

When we buried ty, no one slept. We all sat around the fire not speaking. I couldn't bare it anymore so I jumped to my feet jumping into a tree watching the stars. "I'll see you all again..." I whispered to myself mostly.

The cars wouldn't crank back up, so the plan was to find a new vehicle or two and keep moving until we found a place safe enough.

Sasha and Maggie were still depressed and silent. I couldn't bring myself to try and reason with them or talk to them. It hurt to see. They could easily blame me for not being there for either of their siblings.

Daryl dipped out a while ago. He wanted to be alone. Can't blame him.

"What now?" Rosita whispered to me frowning.

"We keep moving."

"Maybe we need to stop for a bit. Discuss our options." She spoke louder.

"We find some food, water, and a safe place for the kids." Rick called back.

"Guys, wait." Eugene said stopping. "What is that?" He pointed to the ground. Someone left water laying on the road with a note saying from a friend.

"Who would leave it?" Rosita looked around.

"It could be a trap." Rick warned.

"One way to find out." Eugene bent down and picked up a bottle about to drink it.

Abraham knocked it out of his hand "are you stupid?"

"I'll do it." I picked up a bottle and unscrewed the top. "I can't die." I took a small sip and it was weird, I couldn't even taste the water, I couldn't even tell if it warm or cold. "I couldn't tell you even if I wanted to." I scoffed throwing the bottle down.

"Storm is rolling in." Tara pointed to the sky.

After she said something the rain started. I tore off my jacket and laid it over Harley to keep him dry. Everyone else laid out empty water bottles to catch as much water as possible.

"I found a barn." Daryl shouted from the tree line.

We followed Daryl to the barn he had found while he wanted his space. Loading up inside getting the kids situated to lay down the storm picked up.

In the middle of the night we all had to pile up at the door to keep the storm from blowing open the doors allowing walkers to walk through. It was a strain and wet and slippery but we made it.

Everyone woke up while I sat at the door with Zeb. It felt weird to be around him, only because it's been a while. I still love the tiger though, he was my only friend-as far as I can remember.

"You sat here all night?" Maggie asked walking towards me.

"Yea." I nodded not looking up.

"I don't blame you. And I'm sure Sasha doesn't either." She frowned squeezing my shoulder.

"Thanks Maggie." I let out a long holding sigh.

"Your like my sister. You know that."

Sasha walked by and stopped waiting for Maggie. She didn't acknowledge me none. Which is fine, I can giver space. She needs it.

"Zeb. Go sit with Harley. I'm going for a walk." I muttered getting up dusting my butt off.

Zeb nodded and trotted to the back where Daryl was with Harley and laid down to hide his tiny body.

I walked from the barn and gasped at the huge mess the storm made. It knocked over trees and trapped walkers underneath. I was impressed it didn't touch us or the barn.

I jumped to a tree and sat down looking around us. I seen Sasha and Maggie sitting on a log around the side talking and holding a music box. I was glad they were leaning on each other. They deserved to be happy.
