My goal is to wait for Daryl to leave, then I can finally go to the base. I'm just hoping I find some more information.

"You showed." Spencer walked over and leaned against the gate.

"Yup." I nodded not looking at him. I feel like he has a thing for me, and Daryl would kill him if he knew.

"It's gonna be a long night. Do you want to watch the back of the front?"

"I'll take up there." I pointed to the top of the highest building inside the gate and jumped up. From the road below you could see Spencer laughing and shaking his head. At least up here it's peaceful and quiet. Plus I can see from all around.

"Where's Allison?" Deanna was looking around until Spencer pointed up at me and she too laughed a little. "How's the view?"

I jumped down so she could hear me. "It was peaceful."

"Aaron was looking for you." She smiled pointing down the road to Aaron's.

I nodded and started off down the road and knocked on Aaron and Erica door. Eric opened with a big grin painted on his face. "Come on in."

I followed him into the kitchen where Aaron was talking to Daryl, I have half a mind to walk away right now. "There she is." Aaron smiled rising to his feet. Guess I gotta stay now.

"Deanna said you were looking for me." I leaned against the door frame.

"Yea, we have an idea." Aaron nodded still smiling. "We want you to come help us," he pointed between himself and Daryl "to recruit people for the community."

"What?" I stood straight up. "Why?"

"Well, you need to go to that base right? We are going close by." Daryl blurted. "I know I told you it was stupid, but it's not."

"What changed your mind?" I raised a brow.

"I promised I'd help you, we all did." He frowned. "We can talk later away from people."

"Yea, well I'm on guard duty. I'll come find you all in the morning and we can talk some more." I nodded and waved exiting their house.

Nothing happened throughout the night. I mainly stayed on the top of the building and relaxed. Nothing ever happens here, it was peaceful. I was kind of starting to miss the outside world.

I didn't move from the building until everyone woke up and started moving around to start their days. Aaron was snapping pictures of a few people since he didn't want a repeat of what happened with our group.

Not everyone knew of me here but I didn't care. I jumped down landing in front of a group of men going to work including carrot top. "Morning super soldier." He chuckled.

"Morning carrot top." I winked and ran off down the road. I ran into the house we were all cooped in. Mostly everyone was gone except Carl who was watching Judith and Zeb who stayed close. "Where's Harley?"

"Carol has him with her down at the pantry. Daryl went to Aaron's to start working on that motorcycle. Dad and Michonne are talking to Deanna." Carl explained. "Maggie's with Deanna too, and Glenn, I have no idea where he is or where everyone else is for that matter."

"Glenn is going on a run with aiden. So is Noah and Eugene. I think Tara too. Rosita is somewhere though." I shrugged. "Sasha is in the tower shooting."

"Well you know more than me." Carl chuckled.

I laughed and scrunched up his hair walking back outside. I made my way towards Deannas to see how Maggie was doing.

"Hey sweet heart." Deanna smiled at me approaching.

"Hey guys." I smiled. "What are you two suppose to be?" I looked between Michonne and Rick wearing cop uniforms.

"We are the 'cops'" Michonne chuckled. "We keep the peace."

"Well it suits you." I nodded. "Where's Maggie?"

"In the house. Go on inside." Deanna smiled.

I walked inside to find Maggie sitting on the couch with a notebook opened and a pen scribbling. "Maggie?"

"Oh, hey. Everything ok?" She looked up closing her book.

"Yea. Just wanting to come check on you."

"We haven't talked in a while, have we?" She frowned. "I'm sorry."

I slid down beside her and hugged her. "It's not your fault."

When Deanna walked in we released each other. "I need the folders that's labeled from yesterday. Their downstairs."

"I'll get them." Maggie nodded getting up.

A knock came on the front door and Deanna turned to open it. "Father Gabriel." She cooed.

"You made a mistake by letting Rick and his group in." He began. "The devil disguises himself as the angel of light. Allison is the angel of light."

"What are you talking about?"

"You haven't seen her the way I have. She's the devil in disguise. Rick and his group are no better."

"Well, thank you Gabriel. You have given me a lot to think about." The door closed and I was gone out the back before she walked in. Back at home Rick was fuming over the girl next door. Her husbands been hitting her and abusing her. He tried to talk to Deanna but she refused to acknowledge it. But I'm not here to fix people's problems. So I'd rather keep Gabriel's words to myself.

"You ready to go?" Aaron asked raising his brow.

"Yea." I nodded following him and Daryl to the front gate.

We made our way far from Alexandria. Not many walkers were present. But we found a horse that was roaming. We were going to try and catch it and take it back home.

"I'll do it." Daryl whispered grabbing some rope. "I've done it before."

Instead of catching it we scared it away. So of course, we had to try and follow it so we could try again. On top of that a guy in a red poncho was roaming towards the woods. So another thing we had to do, catch him.
