"How is your day pooky?" Carol laughed asking Daryl.

"How's your day house wife?" He laughed back.

"Ok, ew." I chuckled walking upstairs. "Carol why are you dressed like a mom?"

"See." Daryl laughed cutting open a possum.

"I'm trying to blend in. And you're my daughter." She laughed nudging me with her elbow.

"Ok, mom what do we do today?" I winked at her.

"Pantry. I'm trying to get in with the other house wife's and moms to get a feel you know? Spy." She laughed.

"So I go with you?" I raised my brow.

"Oh, no. If they ask you're my daughter." She looked serious. "Will you go along with it?"

"Of course." I nodded. "Knock em dead, mom."

She laughed and give me a side ways hug and walked down the road.

"Rick said Deanna give you something." Daryl mutter still cutting open his dead animal.

"A folder. About me." I sighed bringing out a knife handing it to him. "It's sharper."

"Thanks." He took it and finished his work. "Wanna talk about it?"

"I was from here." I sighed sitting on the bottom step. "Have you ever wandered why they nuked Atlanta?"

"Not really, I always assumed it was because of the walkers."

"It was because I was moved there before the outbreak." I sighed. "They tried to destroy me."

"Glad they didn't." He turned wrapping his arms around my neck kissing my head.

"There's more stuff at this base, I need to go look." I took out the paper Deanna used to draw my map and showed him. "Rick said I should talk to you."

"You want me to go?" He whispered looking at the paper.

"With me." I nodded. "Yes."

"What about Harley?"

"Carol can watch him. Maggie's here." I shrugged. "Zeb will stay behind too."

"We should talk more about things. You know? Figure it all out before jumping the gun and going."

"I know you're right, but I have to know." I whispered turning to face him.

"I know babe, but we have Harley. I know you want to figure this out and I promised I'd be here to help, but we can't just up and leave."

"You're right. It's stupid." I wrinkled the paper up and walked in the house throwing it away. Maybe it's a sign that I need to move on. Maybe I can talk to Deanna about what she knows. Or maybe I'll wait for my memories to come back fully.

"There's a party tonight at deannas." Rick yelled at everyone. "It's kind of a welcome party for us."

"So we have to dress nice?" Maggie asked looking around. "I'm in." She chuckled.

"Ok, so everyone take a shower and get cleaned up. Let's show them this family is serious about this place." Rick nodded. "Deanna brought dresses for the girls and suits for the guys."

"I ain't wearing no damn suit." Daryl scoffed. "I'll go but I'll dress how I want."

"Ditto." I raised my hand. "I dress myself."

"Wear what you want but at least look a little nice." Rick laughed.

We took turns in the shower except me and Daryl, we decided to shower together, save water and all that junk. And it was fun, if you catch my drift.

I entered deannas house carrying Harley. Everyone seemed to want to hold him and Judith. I had to keep Zeb outside keeping guard.

"Allison." Deanna smiled walking towards me. "My, he's a handsome one."

"Harley." I nodded.

"Where is Daryl?" She asked looking around.

"He went to see Aaron. He said he had a job for him. He will be by later."

"Enjoy the party." She whispered.

I walked to find the rest of the group. Rick was flirting with a blonde woman in the corner. "Rick." I nodded.

"Oh, Jesse this is Allison. Allison this is Jesse." Rick smiled. "This little one is Harley."

"Nice to meet you." I smiled at the woman.

"He's so cute." She cooed at Harley.

"Thanks. Where's Carol?" I raised my brow.

"Over there." Rick pointed to her across the room talking to other women. So I made my way over and tapped her on the shoulder.

"Oh, Allison. You scared me." She laughed reaching for Harley.

"Oh, is he yours?" A woman asked looking at Carol.

"No, oh no. This is my daughter, Allison. This her son." She smiled.

"Handsome boy."  Another woman cooed.

"Ok, mom if you can hold him. I'm gonna go outside for a bit."

"Of course." Carol nodded.

I walked outside and spotted Abraham sitting on the steps drinking and sulking. "Wanna share carrot top?" I chuckled sitting down.

"Oh, hello super soldier." He laughed handing me the bottle. "Knock yourself out."

Sasha walked by and Abraham looked at her with a glint in his eyes. She seen me and kept walking. I don't care much for her.

"Hey guys." Daryl walked up and sat down. "Give me some." I handed him the bottle and watched as he chugged some.

"How's it in there?" Abraham asked hitting my knee.

"Lame. Crowded. Too many people staring." I laughed.

"Our new home." He laughed taking another swig. "To new memories."

"Yea." I sighed taking another drink. "So what'd Aaron want?" I looked at Daryl.

"He wants me to help him recruit new people." He shrugged. "I'd get to fix up a motorcycle he has in his garage."

"So, you'd be gone a lot?" I frowned at the bottle in my hand before handing it back to Abraham.

"Kind of." He nodded without looking at me.

I didn't say anything more and got up walking away. I ended up at home on the porch. He said it was stupid pretty much to go to the base but he'd be gone too. This life sucks. I need to figure out who I am. Or at least who I was. So I did what I had to and grabbed the paper from the trash and smoothed it out and stuffed it back into my pocket. I'd leave too when he did. He won't be here to stop me.
