We have been running around. still not finding a safe place. It's been seven months. Lori is pregnant, Zebs stayed close by her the whole time.

We stopped at a house to see what we could find and hopefully rest up a bit before going back out there. There wasn't nothing left so everyone ate what they had left and Daryl shot an owl and ate it. I've gotten a little closer with some of these people. Mainly Maggie, she's close to my age. And Daryl, who seemed to understand me.

"Pssst." T whispered nodding out the window.

That meant it was time to go. "I can deal with them." I whispered.

"No. Too many." Rick argued. "We gotta go."

Everyone grabbed their stuff and ran out the door back to the cars. We haven't stayed in a place for more than a hour because of the dead.

**********

We stopped on the side of the road again to chill and catch our breaths. Everyone got out and stretched and checked out supplies.

"Hey, Rick!" T shouted. "We are gonna go get some water, we're empty. We can boil it later."

"Alright." Rick nodded.

"Hey, while everyone is getting their panties washed." Daryl chuckled. "Let's go for a hunt." He nodded to me and Rick.

"I'm down." I shrugged. "Zeb stay here with hershel and Lori."

He bowed his head and pattered over to the truck where Lori was sitting. She leaned down and scratched his head.

Rick, Daryl and I walked into the woods. We found a set of railroad tracks and decided to follow them. We haven't seen many animals out and about but we did come across a prison.

"That's a damn shame." Daryl whispered.

The yard was full of walkers and the fence around the prison was also crawling with the dead. "It's worth a shot." Rick muttered. "What do you think Allison?"

"I agree." I nodded. "We can take that yard by tonight."

"Then lets go get the others and head over." Rick nodded. "We will go on foot and when we clear it, some people can come back for the cars."

We all agreed and headed back to tell the others of the prison we had found. Everyone seemed excited and ready to go do this. So we all grabbed some gear and headed off into the woods. We had to cross a small creek. When we got closer we evaluated what we needed to do.

Luckily Glenn thought to grab bolt cutters to cut open the fence and let us inside. There were two sets of fences between us and the walkers. But once inside on the path, we were in the middle.

When we got closer we noticed a fence inside was open which was letting more out into the yard. "I'll close it." I volunteered. "Just get as many as you can"

"Alright, Daryl, Carol in this tower. Hershel, Carl up there. Maggie and Glenn up there, the rest of us will draw them to the fence." Rick instructed.

Everyone nodded and ran towards their towers. Lori opened the gate for me to go through. "Be careful." She whispered.

"Always." I nodded.

When the gate was opened I made my way through the dead with my swords out right. Zeb stayed with Lori in case anything went wrong down there.

I'm unsure of what would happen if I got bit by one of these. But I'm sure as hell not risking it. Someone misfired and hit my foot. I didn't really feel anything, it didn't hurt.

I made it to the second gate and managed to close it. Everyone started firing at the rest of the walkers while I killed two in the tower beside me.

Another misfire got me in the stomach and I fell. It didn't hurt, but a rather tingly feeling. Whatever is inside of me, ripped the bullet apart and is literally melting it.

Rick was through the gates faster than the others. He made it to me first killing a walker that was about to pounce.

"You ok?" He knelt down trying to look at my gut.

I moved my hand and found a hole in my shirt where the bullet went through. No signs of blood or even a wound. "I'm good." I nodded.

"You were shot." He muttered.

"Twice." I held up two fingers. "Foot too." I laughed. "The bullet isn't even present. I don't think I can die."

"That's a good thing, right?" He chuckled.

"What will I do when you all die?" I joked. "If I can't die I'll be alone."

"We aren't gonna die, not with you with us." He smiled.

I nodded my head and stood up, only to fall again. "Shit." I groaned.

"What happened?" Daryl shouted running towards us.

"She was hit by a few misfires." Rick frowned. "She needs a minute."

Zeb raced through the gates and kneeled down  in front of me, carrying my bag in his mouth. He dropped it and used his nose to push it to me. "Thanks bud." I groaned unzipping it. "You need to shoot this into my neck." I held up a vile of black liquid and a needle.

"I can't." Rick shook his head. "Wait for Hershel, he can."

"Rick, it needs to be now." I whispered. "The more I get in my system the harder it is for me to die. I'm going off on what Zeb just did, I understand him. You should know that by now."

"How would Zeb know what to do?" Daryl interrupted.

"He was awake the whole time they were working on me. Maybe he seen this happen. I don't know." I let out a sigh. "But take the damn needle and inject this shit, please!" I yelled.

Rick shakily took the vile and the needle. He got some liquid into it and stuck it in my neck and pushed it down. I felt the liquid enter and coat my insides. Repairing them. I was getting stronger.

I stood up and wiped my clothes off from the dirt. Everyone else was making their way inside the gate looking relieved.

"You good?" Daryl nodded.

"Yea. I'm fine now." I smiled. "Hershel, you need to read those files again."

"I've read through them everyday for the past seven months, there's no change." He sighed.

"See if there is anything in them we missed about a black liquid." I shouted. "Anything."

"I'll see what I can find." He nodded. "Everyone else, go get the cars."

Maggie, Glenn, Daryl, and T ran for the fence and into the woods to get the cars we left parked. I sat with Hershel in the grass, reading the files for the hundredth time.
