Chapter Twenty-One

Naging smooth na ang sunod na mga shootings at activities. I was even surprised to see myself working well with Enzo.

"Nako buti nalang pinagpalit ko ang mga pairs or else we might not be moving forward." sinulyapan ako ng director. Nag-iwas lamang ako ng tingin.

"Don't worry. Ganun lang talaga yun si direk. At least, we made progress." he tried to comfort me.

I smiled at Enzo. Saglit ko ring nasulyapan sina Julienne at Noah sa di kalayuan. They looked so happy in their own little world.

"I would understand if you do feel jealous about them." Enzo murmured.

Nilingon ko si Enzo. How would he understand how I feel right now?

I'm trapped in an uncertain and unstable situation. Sa mata ng mga tao, may karapatan akong magselos kapag nakikita kong magkasama sina Noah at Julienne, given that Julienne is his ex girlfriend. Pero sa mga mata naming dalawa ni Noah, we both know I don't have the right to be jealous about it.

Deep inside, I know I shouldn't be jealous. I shouldn't feel like this. Simula palang, alam kong fake lang ang lahat ng meron kami ni Noah. We are in a fake relationship and being jealous real time is not a part of the contract in our fake relationship.

I can always show the people around us that I'm jealous because in their eyes, it's the right and normal reaction kung makikita mo nga namang masaya ang boyfriend mong kasama ang ex girlfriend niya. But it's not right for me. It doesn't feel right for me. I feel guilty whenever I'm thinking about getting jealous. It's not normal for me, dahil wala akong karapatan.

Enzo insisted on accompanying me somewhere near the camp area. Sumama rin sa amin si Ria, iyong nag comfort sa akin kanina.

"You know, mahirap talagang mangisda kanina. Sabi lang ni direk madali, but honestly, hindi talaga. Hindi naman tayo marunong mangisda eh."

I laughed at Ria's remarks. Somehow, being with them tonight made me forget about Noah and Julienne's happy reunion.

"On the other hand, Enzo here is a pro. Ang swerte mo Julia kasi siya ang naging partner mo."

Nilingon ko si Enzo and playfully rolled my eyes at him. He just laughed and wrapped his arms on my shoulders.

"I love outdoor activities. Malimit kaming mag hiking at camping nung highschool kaya medyo sanay na ako sa mga activities na katulad noon." Enzo explained.

"Oh that explains it!" sagot naman ni Ria.

"Can I join you guys?"

Inangat namin ng tingin ang kararating lang na si Wayne, kapartner nung isa pang artista na hindi ko masyadong kilala.

"Oh sure sure!" masayang sabi ni Ria.

"Medyo boring kasi doon sa grupo nina Suzie. Puro mga bagong projects ang pinag-uusapan nila." panimula ni Wayne.

Naramdaman ko ang titig sa akin ni Enzo kaya nilingon ko siya. He just gave me an awkward smile kaya natawa ako doon.
