I don't know how long its been since I've wrote this story. see description. but I finally got my hands on some editing software and now I'm ready to work! enjoy everyone!
I live in a world where fear is common, and the source of that fear surrounds us in every corner, whether we know it or not. People are cautious of their surroundings, but fail to realize that the danger they are trying to avoid is only one step ahead of them. People lose their lives so quickly, and the source of people's fear laugh it up like it's a game. There's nothing funny about death... yet it's common in all sorts of ways. People continue to stay cautious while my people do as they please and go on their hunt for blood...
My people had ruled the world for the past 50 years, and there are no signs of stopping. They are incredibly strong, despite their appearances. They are great at blending in with the crowd and take every moment they can to make the hunt and kill another human being.
This kind of world doesn't take anything lightly, and everything must be taken seriously. The world my father told me about, before the ruling of my people, was so alive and beautiful that it seemed too good to be true. Nobody could be happy due to the trauma surrounding Kalos. One false move and a life is taken in under a second...
I admired the stories of how life was like before my people ruled, but in those times, my people were considered thoughts of fiction and were hidden to avoid the ones who were taller than them. It wasn't until the Elite Four came along and took the place of a higher power, creating the Kingdom of Kalos with me as its princess.
Yes, I am the Princess. That might mean that I rule over my people and allow this war to continue for the past 50 years, but it was my mother who did the heavy lifting and ruled all. She is the queen of my people, and even if the humans didn't know she was our people's queen, she was their celebrity.
Like I said before, my people were great in blending in with the crowd. It's hard to tell one from the other, but the only difference that can break us apart from them is my people's incredible beauty.
They earn fame to fool humans into praising them so that they can get what they want. I watch my people humiliating the ones who looked up to them and admired them the most. Right when they think they could finally be happy about something, my people grab it and crushes it without a hint of emotion in their eyes. They laugh at those unfortunate souls before taking their blood alive...
I hate it... I hate it so much. I hate being part of the race that uses humans for livestock... My people love toying with them. They made up games to give the human false hope in thinking they can succeed in defeating a monster. They use the old style of Pokémon battling to determine who dies and who lives... It's an unfair scenario depending on the situation.
I dread every moment of my life, knowing I was part of this race... I couldn't help it. Being their princess, it would make sense that I encourage this horrible behavior, but I don't. Because of who I was, I was looked down upon by everyone.
Nobody knew I existed, only in the Elite Four and my mother's eyes. I was a disgrace to them... all because I hold half my mother and father's blood. The blood of the man who ruled the human world as its king 50 years before and the blood of the woman who held the rarest pureblood in history; the queen of vampires, Diantha.
I am a half breed: not as strong as a vampire, but not as weak as a human. I was seen as disgusting by the Elite Four and banished to my room without being allowed to see the light of day. I've stayed in my room for the past sixteen years of my life ever since the Elite Four found out about me two years after I was born. They killed my father on the spot, and my mother had a hard time looking at me after that... I could never tell if she felt guilty for bringing me into this world or just disappointed that I was alive... either way, I was the princess who shouldn't have been born.
