Instead of being in the safety of the academy where I should be with my friends, I had ran away into the city so I could take in what happened to me the other day.

I had intimidated a vampire and torchered them in the worse way I've ever imagined myself doing. Aside from tempting to stab her like I did to the vampire back in Santalune Forest to keep her from spreading the knowledge I told my friends, I had forcefully stabbed the sword into her ankle and into the ground to lock her in place. I demanded an order, and she took it despite my human side she probably already knew about.

Alexa was Viola's sister. Even if Viola was a leader, Alexa was very much close to her level. There are vampires out there who may substitute the leader's place if they are not available, and even the substitutes have followers, not as many, but some... To think, if I wasn't stopped, I would had created another, yet smaller, hectic panic across the land.

Substitutes, usually known as Supporters, are very rare and are often related to the council leaders. They are stronger than the average vampire, but weaker than the council.

"I wonder if mom knows about this..." I cupped my forehead, trying to hold my dizziness. I haven't ate human food or even Xavier's blood in days. It's too often that I find myself falling in the streets and people are watching, but I can't get myself to go back to the academy after what I pulled in front of everyone.

A Hunter would probably do the same thing I would had done back in the academy, but people saw that vampire stop from attacking me and kneel to me. I can't handle that kind of staring. I decided to hide until I've calmed enough to go back... maybe.

"I make stupid decisions when I'm hungry..." I sighed, leaning on the table by a café. People around me were eating delicious looking foods... It made my stomach growl loud enough to make them hear. I left so they didn't have to stare at me.

During my time in the beautiful city of Lumious, I've encountered news articles and such about the mysterious events that I caused after killing Viola. It had said that the source of this event is undetectable and the vampires from across the land are more angrier than usual, with attacks in the middle of the day in the wide open areas. Regular people lost their lives because a certain percentage were using vampire blood as treatment. Blaming that, humans are even more cautious to inject any into their system.

"It's better that way... it's sad that the blood was the reason for making people feel better, but it's better if times were like they were before, where they depended on actual medication to help themselves" I took out Viola's white blood cell sample to stare at "I don't know if I'll bother killing any more... What would my mom think?" Xavier still wants to kill more... He's gone mad. I can't let him go through this alone.

I looked around the shops selling cute little things like accessories, bags, clothing, and Pokémon related things. I quite enjoyed my time around the place. Despite choosing to sleep in the alley ways, I wasn't attracting that much attention.

"I should just go back to the academy before something happens to me" I said to myself. I sensed someone following me, I kept walking and turned corners to avoid them, but they were faster than me.

"Dammit" I hissed a bit and used the wall for balance, hurrying as fast as I could. No matter how many times I hoped I went around them, they were right behind me. Since it was going to be difficult with so many people around, I jumped into the alley far enough to get away from everyone and look back at whoever was following me.

To my surprise, it was the little sister of the leader of this city, standing in front of two other vampires who are most likely her followers or her brother's followers.
