Chapter 50: Announcment•

I stared at the boy choking me in shock, watching him really trying to kill me after only looking at me for a moment!

I tried my best to get him off me, but my body wasn't all that strong at the moment. Xavier tried his best to get him off, but it wasn't getting him off my neck. There was no way to get him off, and my vision was getting blurry. All I could do was watch his eyes glaring down at me, and just by looking at them, I recognized him some how.

"Lay...la?" He flinched and loosened my neck, letting Xavier pull him off and punched him like no tomorrow "S-Stop!" I yelled at him, coughing a little.

"He attacked you! He deserves to get beaten up for what he's done since we got here!" He glared. I shook my head and looked at the boy's bloody nose. Quickly putting on my mask, I crawled over to look at his face better.

"Who are you? Explain yourself" I shakily stood up and looked at the grunts staring Absol down, like they were seeing who will jump at who first "Are you related to Layla?"

"Layla is my little twin sister. You... You're the one who killed her, aren't you?" I was taken back a little "You're wearing her necklace!"

"I have you know, I traveled a great distance to bring this necklace back to her family. Her mom put his around me. How dare you assume what happened by attacking me?" I glared. He snorted and spat blood beside him.

"You're that girl from tv... The one they call King Danny's daughter" he stood up "My sister called me for the last time, telling me that she met a princess in the castle, who the elite four were very specific about protecting. I only put two and two together and figured maybe you were the princess for those vampires-" I slapped him across the face, making him fall on the ice.

"It's rude to assume I'll ever be acquainted with those monsters. Though I am a princess, you have no right to assume what I've been through. I am human, who was trapped because I was his daughter" I huffed "I don't have to explain myself to you. You attacked me because you think I killed your sister?" I was hurt, and held my chest "I held her in my arms, as she took her last breath. It wasn't my fault, and she didn't blame me one bit, so don't go blaming me when you know nothing!" I shook my head, knowing I needed to take care of more important things and faced Team Flare "I'm in a really bad mood now... You two! Front and center!" The grunts looked at me funny.

"What? Who do you think you-" they froze at my glare, feeling extremely intimidated.

"What are you two doing here?! Hurting an innocent Pokémon? Are you going against your rules on not attacking anyone!?" I heard someone coming from the entrance "I don't know who you think YOU are, but it seems like I have more than one thing I have to deal with!" I turned to see a scientist facing me from the entrance "And I'm guessing you're the one who got them to hurt this Pokémon?"

"Oh? Hurt? This Abomasnow is a fine specimen! We couldn't dare to hurt it" she giggled "it's absolutely brimming with energy! The more we agitate it, the stronger it's Snow Warning becomes, from what I saw outside!" She clapped her hands "come now, let's catch it and get out of here" the Abomasnow groaned, opening his eyes and suddenly let out a loud shout. I covered my ears quickly.

"You think I'm going to let you get away with this?" I glared.

"Yannie!" Xavier finished up tying the boy "Need a hand?" I nodded.

"Let's go!" He jumped to stand behind me as we got our Pokémon to battle with us.

"You're going to get in our way? We didn't steal Pokéballs for nothing, you know! We need to catch this Abomasnow! It's full of potent energy!" The scientist glared.

"Tell me, does it look like I give two shits about what you need to do?" Xavier flinched and looked at me say something I wouldn't expect myself to say. I just got chocked from a misunderstanding and I have to deal with Team Flare. Of course I'm going to snap!
