Chapter 35

Ashton POV

It's been two weeks.

Maddi hardly said anything.

She would eat her food and medicine and go sulk in her room. She constantly throwing up and had this weird moodswings. And then cravings for food. Last time she was craving for Ben & Jerry's ice cream and 2 in the morning, her dad said tomorrow he'll buy cause it's late, and she start crying and start babbling about how she just ask the ice creak for the baby and what not.

Its weird seeing her in this kind of moods.

She also taking online classes cause she don't want people to know that she's pregnant. Though, rumors has been going around saying I knock her up which I'm totally cool with it.

"How's Maddi?" Dan asked as he sat across from me on cafeteria.

I groaned and rubbed my face, "Hardly can get enough sleep man." I told him. "Ya we could see that." Alli snorted.

"Seriously have you ever heard of comb or brushes?" Lily asked. I rolled my eyes," Cut me some slack, I'm tired!" I exclaimed.

They laugh at me, making me huff and buried my face in my hand feeling frustrated.

The bell rang, we stood up and make our way to our next class. "Hey I heard Ashton knock up Maddi. And now, she's pregnant." a girl whisper, but a little loud considering I could hear them.

I turn around and glare at the girl. "What I did to Maddi or whatsoever, doesn't concern you. I know you had a boring life but seriously, mind your own business." I snapped. The girls stare at me wide eyes.

I rolled my eyes and turn back around, walking away.

I swear one more person talk about it, I'm gonna lose it.

"Ashton!" Hunter shouted as soon as I walk in the house.

I turn around after closing the door and Hunter pass over Lila to me. Lila look up and me and giggle. "You need to change her diapers." Hunter stated.

I glare at him, "Yeah sure give Lila to me anytime she puke or need to change the diapers." I retorted sarcastically. "Useless brothers, really." I mumbled.

I walked up to Lila's room and put her on the quilt on the floor and grabbed a new diaper and powder and other stuff before going back to Lila who's been yawning and stretching.

I opened the diaper and gagged, "Ew Lila what did you eat this morning?" I asked. She giggle and stare at me with her big beautiful grey eyes. I rolled my eyes, "You're lucky you're cute. Otherwise I would just ignore you and let you be." I mumbled.

Like she could actually understand me.

I put Lila in her crib and grab her favourite teddy and she soon fall asleep. I sigh and make my way to my room and have a nice long shower.

My muscles relax when the warm water hit my body.

After the shower I change to my button up shirt and jeans before grabbing my phone and keys and left my room to go check on Maddi.

"Glad you're here." Jay said, "She's been whining and throwing up a lot." he told me.

I nod and make my way to her room. When Maddi's dad working, Jay or Cassandra would come over and look after her. Its pretty annoying as what Maddi always complaining.

I knock on her door and open the door, my head peek inside. She's laying down on her bed, groaning. She look up and smile when she sees me. "Hey." she whisper.

"Hi." I said as I walk inside and sat beside her on the bed.

She got up and sit on the bed, wrapping her arms around me and rest her head on my shoulder. I laugh, "You're clingy when you're pregnant." I teased but wrapped my arm around her waist anyway.

She smack my chest, "Shut up. I'm comfortable when I wrap my arms around you." she stated shyly.

I grinned, "Good. I don't want you to be comfortable with other dudes."

She scoff, "Jay is like my older brother Ashton. Get over it." She exclaimed.

I chuckled. "Have you decided on what you want to do with the baby when he or she is born?" I ask her quietly.

I feel her smile, "Yeah I'm gonna keep it and watch him grow up."

I pull away making her scowl at me. I quirk my eyebrow, "How you know it's a he?" I asked, amused.

"Its a mother instinct. Shut up." She scolded.

I laugh out loud and pull her to me, kissing her forehead. "You'll be the best mother in the world for him."

She smiled and kiss my lips. "And you're gonna be the father."

"Of course I will be. Like I said many times before, I don't want see you with any other dudes." I exclaimed.

I smile when she laugh. I lean in closer to her and kiss her with so much passion. She pull away, "I'm craving for Starbucks." She pout.
