65: Tell the World that I'm Coming Home

"Keith?" whispered a voice as the door to his room was opened.

By Keith's light snoring, he knew he was sleeping soundly and wouldn't wake up if he disturbed him. He climbed into his bed and snuggled close to the mullethead and easily returned to slumber.

[3:00 AM]

"Everybody up!" Krolia yelled, and continuous groans could be heard throughout the room.

Acxa was the first to leave her room, then it was Romelle. Keith and Lance were nowhere to be found.

"Keith!? Lance!?" Krolia called.

"Just a minute!" Lance called back.

In their room, the two boys were talking about what happened yesterday.

"...so, I'm sorry for overreacting," Keith finished.

"And I'm sorry for-"

"You have nothing to be sorry for," Keith interrupted.

Lance smiled and hugged his boyfriend. "I'm gonna miss you."

"Well, that makes no sense, since I'm coming home with you guys, but-"

"Wait, you're coming home!?" Lance released his hug to gape at his boyfriend. When Keith nodded, Lance squealed in excitement and kissed his face a million times, making Keith laugh.

A knock on the door interrupted their moment.

"We're coming!" Keith shouted.

Lance smiled and kissed his boyfriend on the lips. "Thank you," he said once they released.

"You're welcome."
