Jamilah sat beside Daniella, silently studying her. She pities her cousin, so much. Nagmahal lang naman ito but love destructs her, for the second time.

The last time she saw Daniella being like this, drinking alcohol at para bang praning na ay 'yong mga panahong niloko siya ng lalakeng pinakamamahal niya. She loves that man to the point that she broke some family rules. Sa katunayan, Daniella and Henrik were already arranged into marriage a long time ago, but Daniella believes that she's too young and she doesn't like the arrogant and young Henrik.

Then one day, she bump into someone. It's not a typical story of a woman who got bump by a guy then nagsihulog ang mga libro tapos tinulungan siyang mamulot then they inlove later on, hindi ganyan ang nangyari sa kanya. She got to bump into a snatcher. Yes, a snatcher who snached her new phone and money, later on her heart.

Daniela's father was very furious the moment he knew that Daniella fell in love to a man who's from the grassroot society. He wanted a dela Conde for his precious daughter, but Daniella chose the latter and later on decided to stay with him. No one supported the young and naive Daniella except for her ever loyal cousin, Jamilah.

She does not want to tolerate her, but she pity her too much. Di rin naman nagtagal at tinanggap ng ama ni Daniella ang nobyo niya, until one day, a lady knocked on their door, carrying a child and claiming to be the ex-lover of Daniella's boyfriend. It was like a bombshell that was dropped right in front of her. Hindi siya nakapagsalita non but she welcomed the girl with all smile even though her heart is slowly tearing apart.

What was her man's words before he left her?
Ah!
"Patawarin mo ako, ngayon ko lang talaga na realize na mahal ko pa rin pala siya," that was exactly his words.

Starting that day, Jamilah saw another version of Daniella. She changed, a lot. She guarded her heart from any possible intruder but she can't just resist the charm and charisma of the matured yet broken Henrik.

It took years for Daniella to moved on, but it only took her some moments to like Henrik. He's just very different from any soldier in the camp, he's silent and broken, but he's a gentleman.

Jamilah sighed at the memories. Bata pa lang sila alam na niya ang ganap sa buhay ni Daniella dahil sa kanya lang naman ito nagtitiwala nang husto.

Jamilah is very much aware how much Daniella loves Henrik, but she couldn't understand her actions. For her, if Daniella truly loves Henrik, despite of their past, she would accept him whole heartedly and won't do something that can separate them. That's just love, at least for Jamilah.

"I wanna ask you something," mahinang tugon ni Jamilah habang nakatungo.

Nang binalingan niya ng tingin si Daniella ay nakita niyang tumango ito sa kanya, a signal for her to keep going.

"I hope you don't mint. 'Di ba, pinatira mo sainyo si Ate Jenan? What happened? I mean, nagkita sila ni Kuya Henrik, right?"

Daniella licked her lips as she recalls her memories, and as far as her memories were concerned, nothing really bad happens. Jenan an Henrik seems so stranger to each other. The sweetness wasn't there. Just pure, politeness.

"Nothing...they were just like some of sort of strangers-"

"That's it! They were not doing anything! Wala nga silang ginagawa nong hindi mo pa alam, mas lalong wala silang gagawin ngayong alam mo na!"

"But-" Jamilah hushed her and told her to let her finish talking before she butt in.

"Shh...Open your eyes Daniella. Look, I know your past, but now is different. May asawa si Jenan, and I can testify how intimate they are to each other, do you thing she leave her happy life para lang makisiksikan sa buhay ni Kuya Henrik? She left him, remember? Do you think she's going to pick him up again even if she already have Khalil and Henrik already have you? Also, kuya Henrik loves you. Have you forgotten that thing? He would never ask you to spend the rest of your life with him if he wasn't over with Ate Jenan," Jamilah said. She hold her hand and look at her in awe.
