"Ahh! Fuck!" I yelled as I slammed my hand into the desk, causing the five people in the room to jolt.
Standing and gathering my things, I frustratingly stood and make a beeline towards the door. Only Rosé followed after me, "Where are you going?"
I scoffed and left the meeting room, walking faster so I could possibly shake her off of me, "Oh, I don't know, put a bullet in my temple since the hybrid is currently fucking missing,"
She grabbed my upper arm but I shrugged her off, I sigh leaving her lips before she continued to pester me, "Come on, Namjoon, it's only been a few hours,"
I stopped and turned towards her face of nonchalance, "A few hours?"
I took steps towards her but she didn't curl back, she never does. I got close to her face, a dark expression on mine, "Taehyung is the sole reason I am alive, Rosé,"
After spitting that sentence, I continued my way to my car in the parking lot, the expression resting on my face warding off any subordinates who would even dare to instigate any small talk with me.
"Mr. Kim—"
My fast walk became something shorter of a calm sprint considering that I didn't want a lawsuit to the TA regarding an assault on my behalf. I avoided all people, my jacket on my arm as I entered my car and drove off, going to the only place that I can get some peace and quiet.

My eyes were closed as I rubbed my fingers over the punctured skin on the back of my neck leisurely. I was sitting on the floor in my office, listening to the mellow music of Sam Kim as I reminisced. Despite the many years that have passed since the incident, the abrasion was permanently etched onto me for the rest of my life.
My thoughts began to trail off to the way he slammed me against the wall, ignoring my screams, and sunk the tips of his teeth into the back of my neck. I could eerily remember the manner of which the warm tears flowed down the flushed skin of my face, the pain of being marked by someone I didn't love feeling worse than death itself.
Ding~
My eyes opened from the noise of the door clanging against the bell, signaling that someone entered. I groaned in annoyance, pushing myself off of the floor phlegmatically, "Oi! Can't you read? We're—"
I walked out of my minuscule office to be greeted by a blank Namjoon, emitting pheromones that sent chills up and down my spine.
"You're back?" I asked but he didn't respond. He only walked to a random barstool and sat down, placing his jacket in the one next to him. I tried my best to ignore the somber mood and chuckled, walking behind the bar to get ready to make a drink for him, "You left just a few hours ago so if you come anymore, I'll be forced to believe you're an alcoholic—"
He cut his eyes at me, a dark shadow looming over the sockets of his eyes, which wiped the smile off of my face. I decided to stop talking and wrap my apron around my waist, fluently tying the two strings into a neat bow at the small of my back, "Is there something you'd like in particular?"
"I want something strong and hard, something that'll make me forget everything from the past 24 hours," he swam his fingers through his silver hair, showing off his forehead.
I nodded, knowing the drink to get him. I reached under the counter to grab a large bottle of moonshine, not even opened yet. Slamming it on the bar, as a joke, I smiled, "Here ya go!"
He took the bottle, unscrewed the top, and brought it to his lips, taking three loud gulps before slamming it down on with his chest heaving up and down. I watched him in awe, shocked at how he took my joke so seriously. He growled out, his voice bouncing off of the walls and the ends of his eyes crinkled from how hard he was shutting them.
"Wow," I began clapping slowly and he opened one eye with a painful look, "that was.. uhh.. intense.."
I have him a thumbs up, placing my other hand on my hip, "Good job,"
He clenched his jaw, looking as if he was trying to hold back something but he gulped once more, letting out a long breath afterwards.
"That fucking burned,"
I scoffed, "Hell yeah, dude, it was fucking moonshine, what'd you expect?"
He opened and closed his mouth a few times, a fiery numbness most likely rimming his lips, "I enjoyed it."
I blinked before smiling at his content, "Masochist."
His eyes focused on mine and the dark aura around him was now unnoticeable, "Maybe,"
I slid the bottle towards him, expecting him to catch it so he could take another swig but instead, the bottle flies off of the counter and crashes onto the floor. The both of us looked at the alcohol that was permeating on the hardwood floor.
"That wasn't me that time," he spoke out, the silence beginning to ring in my ears.
"I know," I responded with a dull voice, "You're still paying for it though,"
[author's notes]
I personally think I'm unable to reciprocate love that isn't platonic or familial.
I may just propose to my best friend and marry her. Then we can adopt a child together and be happy forever.
yEHAWW *when you have no idea what you're doing*
But i think omega will end up being the longest book I will ever make in my whole career of amateur writing. I'm currently tying the all of the strings together. I hope you guys can stay with me until the end!
