"Sasha! Are you alright?" Ku rushes over upon seeing her limping.

"Yeah, I'm fine, just a little scratch," Sasha says nonchalantly.

"Just a little scratch?" Brenton raises an eyebrow at her and she rolls her eyes at him.

"Okay, fine. It's a cut. But it's fine now. It'll be fine, for sure," Sasha reassures Ku who doesn't look too convinced.

"How did it happen?" Ku questions, everyone surrounding him with curious looks.

"Well, um," Sasha fumbles her hand inside her pocket. "I...made a copy of the symbol that Vada showed us and thought that maybe I could figure out if someone from Bad Central knew about it."

"You went there without an adult?" Ku crosses his arms and Sasha nods sheepishly, somewhat regretting her decision. "Continue."

"And well...it's not in any of the data bases and I didn't get a chance to ask anyone either..." Sasha's voice trails off.

"And why is that?"

"You see," Sasha takes a deep breath, pausing for a moment. "I accidentally bumped into Ubel-"

"-you WHAT-" Brenton and Ku both start.

"-nothing happened! I pit pocketed him but he realized that so he started chasing after me," Sasha interrupts them. "He only got one shot in but I escaped after that! It just barely scratched me but he's super strong so of course it's a bigger injury."

"Sasha, why did you do it?" Ku lifts his hand up to request silence from Brenton. "You know you are not allowed to go there alone plus you have no idea how those mages will react to you being there. Not to mention you stole."

"I'm sorry, but I saw an opportunity and I took it," Sasha takes out the contents of her pocket. It involves a faded wallet with numerous items inside. "And...I went into Ubel's shadow."

"Wait, what?" Ku's eyes widen. "What do you mean you went into his shadow? That is dangerous too!"

"Yeah, but I found out something," Sasha opens up the wallet, Brenton quickly holding Sasha to make sure she doesn't fall. "The symbol again. He's working with them Sensei. Ubel is a part of this symbol. He knows."

"Yes, but you did not have to risk your life for that," Ku worries. "We could have found a way to find out about Ubel without you risking yourself."

"It's okay really, I can handle myself," Sasha brushes it off. "But...are you sure you want to know about Ubel's deepest and darkest secret?"

"He must be hiding it for a reason...it may be better to let him keep that privacy," Ku muses.

"Honestly, who knows how it'll affect Sensei," Brenton glances over at Sasha who nods in agreement. "Maybe it's better she doesn't tell you."

"Do you both truly think that it is better that I not know?" Ku questions. Both of them nod in agreement, looking unsure how it might affect the elderly man in front of them.

Ku nods, understanding their concern. "Then do not tell me," Ku says finally. "Sasha, please do not do something like this again. You hurt yourself and put your life at risk. I admire your drive but you can not always be so reckless with yourself."

"I'll try," Sasha promises with a small smile.

"Yeah right," Brenton scoffs and Sasha elbows him in the stomach. "What? It's true and you know it!"

"Wow, you have so much faith in me," Sasha rolls her eyes again.

"Just saying," Brenton shrugs.
