- Youth is set in the past -

It's the part of the book where Dan and Mia are merely a new couple. Therefore it's much different from the two parts to come, 'lovesick', and 'homewrecker'.

This part captures the essence of what it's like to be young woman in the 21st century. From the second it starts your warped into Mia's peachy mindset. You'll soon understand the young woman isn't afraid to take a little risk here and there...despite being the most passionate about her job. Then there's a encounter of a bitter thing called  jealousy, which radiates from her colleagues. But free spirited Mia doesn't take anything in, she's been forever avoiding negativity.
