Hey guys I'm finally back and will be regularly updating again!

I love when people have cute smiles, it makes them like ten times prettier.

Harley

"I'm so glad it's finally Christmas break!" Ally seems to have renewed energy at the thrilling news.

"Now we can sit around eating food." Drew an arm over each of our shoulders.

"Sorry Drew," Ally does not look apologetic at all. "Not all of us stay skinny forever and don't get fat."

"It's muscle." Drew retorts. I must admit his figure has matured a lot. When you grow up with a boy you realize how much muscle they pack on. They are not the lanky little kid you used to play with.

"Okay Harley stop staring at Drew, we would almost think you're checking him out." Ally chuckles teasingly.

"I am," I grin. "Trying to see if he is telling the truth, but I do not think I see any muscle."

Drew playfully bumps my shoulder. "I have a coat on dumbass."

"So?" I question innocently.

He shakes his head with a smile and doesn't bother to verbally reply. We all pile into Drew's car as we agreed to get ready at his house. Of course being the teenagers that we are, we decided to attend the first Christmas party. Since Cody's house is so far away from the three of our houses, we agreed to meet him at the party.

I crank the heat up as the snow falling around us seems to make everything it touches freezing cold. Ugh winter.

"So I'm assuming you're going with the usual Harley?" Ally asks from the back seats.

"Actually no," I respond, knowing what she means. "My mom had some emergency thing that she needed to fly to. She's not going to back until a few days so I'm safe."

"And here I thought we could've bonded and had a sleepover." Drew makes an 'aw shucks' motion with his arm.

I roll my eyes at his dramatics. "Drew there gets to be a point where you have already bonded enough. I think we are at that point."

When we arrive at the Deacon household Indigo invites us with her friendly greeting like usual. Once we're in Drew's room he heads for the shower, Ally and I already had ours this morning. Ally speedily unzips her bag dumping a bunch of beauty products out. Hell no.

"No." I say firmly. "Alison no, no, no-"

"Please," she drawls out the 'e' resembling a five year old infant. "Just this once?"

"Ally you said that last time," I deadpan. "And the time before that."

"But this time you have a boyfriend, we need to get you all dolled up!" She tries to reason.

I exhale loudly, and annoyed. "Fine-" where's my back up when I need him? Oh wait, the shower.

"YES!" I'm immediately tugged by my arm across the room, and haphazardly thrown onto Drew's swivelling desk chair.

I suppress the yelps and groans that want to surface while she works her magic. That mascara stick is evil.

Or maybe it's the person handling it that's evil.

After Ally is finished with my makeup she begins on my hair. Luckily she is okay with keeping it down and not doing anything too crazy, just some wavy curls.

I quickly, but carefully, slip on my dress. It's a nice light grey with three quarter length sleeves. It tightens around the stomach area and subtly flows out going down.

It's one of the rare articles of clothing my mother bought for me that doesn't still contain the price tag. When I see the cost I do tend to wear it though, for the sake of not wasting a couple of hundred dollars. I wonder how we're not broke by now.

The bathroom door opens revealing Drew, who only had the decency to wrap a towel around his bottom half.

"Woah," he looks over my appearance in almost a daze. "You look hot."

Without another word he enters his closet and digs for clothes to wear. That's a shame for his abs- wait. What the actual eff?

I shoot Ally a 'what' look but she just unhelpfully shrugs her shoulders.

Once Drew is dressed and ready all that's left is for Ally to hurry up. Like usual. She's claiming to be doing the finishing touches on her makeup right now, and she still hasn't conquered her hair yet.

I take the time to study Drew's choice of selection. Tight dark wash jeans paired with a grey v-neck, coincidentally matching my shade of grey on my dress. His hair is still damp from his shower but it just accents his naturally soft features. A few strands of his brown hair drapes to his brow.

"Alright!" Ally breaks the silence jumping up. I quickly refocus on her so that Drew doesn't notice me staring. "I'm done, let's go!"

After sending a brief goodbye to Beth then we're out the door and on the road. I had already texted my dad about the party, like usual he was totally fine with it.

When Drew and I hear a familiar tune we send each other a knowing look.

"Baby, lay on back and relax," Drew starts in an over exaggerated deep voice. "Kick your pretty feet up on my dash."

He flashes me a quick grin. "No need to go nowhere fast, let's enjoy right here where we at."

I wait for my part to begin. "I don't mean to be so uptight, but my hearts been hurt a couple times by a couples guys that didn't treat me right. I ain't gonna lie, ain't gonna lie."

We share a playful smile continuing together. "If it's meant to be, it'll be, it'll be. Baby just let it be."

Once the song ends Ally claps loudly behind us.

"Fantastico! Awesome! Stupendous! Marvellous!" She keeps over dramatically clapping, even going as far as wiping away a fake tear.

"Why thank you, our biggest fan!" Drew jokes to her.

Conveniently, the car arrives to the overflowing house; also known as a teenage party. As there's a thin layer of snow coating the front lawn almost all of the people are inside. It's quite obvious that this is the right house as the music blares through the walls. Not to mention the pile up of cars, and strobe lights flashing inside rooms.

I send a quick text to Cody telling him that I've arrived. Trying to find him would be a hopeless case; similar to searching for a needle in a haystack.

I believe Ally told me that this party is hosted by one of the football boys, but I'm not positive. At this point, a party is a party.

The minute we open the door and step in, the loud volume increases tenfold. The next generation is going to be so deaf.

"I'm going to get a drink!" Ally yells into my ear, pushing her way through the crowd.

"Hey Harley," I quickly spin around, spotting a handsomely dressed Cody Spears.

"Hey Cody," from the corner of my eye I spot Drew slipping away to see his soccer friends.

A soft smile forms on Cody's face. "You look really nice."

"Thanks," I take in his appearance. He has dark wash jeans, similar to Drew's, except instead of a grey shirt it's blue. "You cleaned up well too."

"Do you want to grab a drink?" He offers his hand.

"Sure." I grab his hand letting him guide me.

Let's see how much of this I remember tomorrow
