Harley 

Instant regret fills every fiber of my being when a pregnant silence fills the air. 

Fuck, I knew I shouldn't have done that. 

Gulping, I meet his shocked expression. "Look I get that you don't like me back that's fine, I'm sorry I totally ruined all those years of friendship over this and I know that the kiss was just a mis-"

I'm roughly cut off by his lips connecting with mine making those sparks go flying. "Don't you dare say that the kiss was a mistake. It is far from a mistake."

Before I can say anything he presses his lips against mine, rolling us so that he's hovering over me. It's official, I'm addicted to his kisses. 

Heat shoots all the way to my toes at the feeling of his large body covering mine. All the ridges of his hard muscles are felt through his thin shirt. My hands travel to his soft locks tugging on them earning a deep moan from him. When my oxygen starts running out he slowly peppers small kisses down my neck. When his warm lips reach my collar bone this time I moan at the sensation, his kisses awake something I never knew was inside of me. 

With a final firm kiss to my lips Drew rolls off of me breathing deeply. 

"I like you too, Harley." When he says those words I swear my stomach does a flip. 

"Thank goodness," I mutter. Curling my body into the side of his I bury my head in his neck smelling his manly cologne. 

"What?" He pulls back so he can see my face. "You didn't think I liked you?" 

I shrug slightly embarrassed to be put on the spot. "Well, I don't know. Maybe?" 

"Harley look at me," I meet his gaze. "I've liked you for years." 

"Wait, really?" I ask incredulously. I couldn't last more than two days without telling him that I liked him, how could he do years? "Why didn't you tell me?"

This time he shrugs, "I didn't think you liked me." 

"How long have you kept this a secret?" I question. 

He glances up at the ceiling avoiding my eye contact. "Since we were about five maybe."

"Five?!" I almost shriek. "Holy fuck you have liked me for over a decade!" 

He chuckles at my outburst. "Yep, and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon." Internally I fangirl and 'awww'.

For the rest of the afternoon we mostly cuddle, occasionally make out, and watch some Netflix. 

Walking Drew to the door I lean against the wall as he puts his shoes on. 

"Be ready by seven tomorrow okay?"

Confused, I ask, "Why? And AM or PM?"

He grins pressing his lips to mine again. "Because, and both." 

"Fuck, yes!" My father interrupts whooping in the air. 

"Dad," I groan. "Please, don't tell me that you and Sc-"

"Scott and I made a bet?" He grins. "Hell yeah we did. I got to go call him and-"

"Actually," Drew cuts in. "Duke, I was hoping I could tell my parents first." 

My father pauses before sighing. "Fine." He walks back to his office. "Remember Harley, he's a keeper!" 

I laugh. "What about me, your daughter?" 

He bellows at my response but says nothing further. 

"I," Drew starts, placing his hands on my hips and turning me so that I face him. "Think that you're a keeper too."

Wrapping my arms around his neck I lean up and kiss him. "Good."

Once Drew leaves I dig out my homework to finish. The reason why he had to leave, we both had homework that was due on Tuesday. 

I wish I had a dog that could laze around with me while I did my homework. Maybe I would actually enjoy doing it. Hah, probably not. 

I work until about ten thirty only stopping for a pizza break when my dad ordered supper. Retreating to bed, just like yesterday, I fall asleep immediately. 

I must have been really tired because I slept through my alarm. Rushing around like a mad woman I brush my hair and teeth at the same time. After finding presentable clothing I dash downstairs and scour our pantry for my breakfast. Finding the box of nutribars I grab two of those. Stuffing one in my mouth I check the time on the microwave. 

6:58.

Good, I'm early. Drew won't be hear until- 

The honking up his car interrupts me. Or not.

Grabbing my school bag and my second bar I race outside to the awaiting car. 

"Woah, why are you running so fast?" Drew raises a brow at me when I barrel into his car. 

"Slept through my alarm." 

"Oh," he nods. "You were too busy dreaming about me."

I scowl. "Shut up." 

"Here," I presents a paper take out bag. "I got you some breakfast."

I instantly grab it ditching my nutribar in my bag. Opening the crinkly paper I almost moan at the smell of subways breakfast wraps. 

"Thank you," I peck his cheek. 

Pulling into the school parking lot Drew slides into a random spot nearby. Just as we are exiting the car a crazy driver speeds into the space beside us. The driver slams on the breaks and jumps out within seconds. 

"So?!" The exuberance in her small body continues to allude me. "When's the wedding going to be?" 

I quickly send Drew a smirk. "What are you talking about? There's no wedding going on, right Drew?"

"Yeah," he easily catches on playing along. "Is someone that we know getting married?"

Ally pauses glancing between us a couple of times. "Fuck you guys." 

We burst out laughing when she figures out what's going on. 

"Yes Ally," I quickly match her fast stride. Why is this short person so fast? "I told him I liked him."

"And I was right?" Clearly the scene from before is long gone in her memory. 

I roll my eyes. "Yeah, yeah. You were right, Drew does like me back." 

"Drew I'm honestly surprised you didn't man up," Ally smirks at Drew who looks mildly offended. 

"I was giving her time." He attempts to reason. "Besides, my plan worked and she likes me now." 

"Actually," I mumble. "Fun fact, I have previously liked you." 

"What?!" Drew and Ally holler at me earning the attention of every single student in the hallway. 

For once I'm glad to hear that annoying bell chime. Saved by the bell.

"Bitch that's funny," Ally evilly - well at least to me - cackles. "You thought the bell saved you, but you forgot that the three of us have calculus together."
