This is a continuation from Harley's point of view.
Did anyone guess this is where Cody would take her?

Harley
"Thank you, enjoy your night!" The lady at the booth politely calls to us after Cody pays.
Once we both have our wrist bands strapped on, we face the bright lit up entrance.
Our community fair.
I hadn't gone the past few years 'cause either Drew or Ally was busy or I'd be.
"Where do you want to go first?" Cody says his voice slightly disappearing into the loud music of the amusement rides.
"Let's warm up with that one," I point to a medium sized roller coaster.
"You'll be okay?" He asks sarcastically with a teasing smile.
"No need to worry about me," we shuffle forward as the line up slowly starts moving. "You sure you'll be okay?"
"Of course." He states in a duh tone.
When we make it into the little blue seats we pull the safety bar down. My excitement only builds as the cars behind us start filling; my companion however didn't seem to agree with me. Cody's fingers that are wrapped around the metal bar are practically white with his vice grip.
"You sure you're fine?" I question suspicious.
"Y-yep," he says unconvincingly. "All good."
When the rumbling roller coaster suddenly lurches forward Cody almost yelps before quickly grabbing my hand tightly.
Letting my hair fly all over the place I embrace the thrilling feeling.
"How much longer?" Cody yells with his eyes clenched shut.
I laugh in response as it's only a five minute ride. Before we know it the wheels start to slow and everyone's hair returns back to the somewhat normal height.
"That much longer." I answer attempting to hide my grin. "So, that was fun wasn't it?"
"Loads of fun." He responds monotonously.
"Oh, since it was so much fun do you want to give it a whirl again?"
"No! I mean, no not really," he tries to compose his behaviour to his usual state of cool and collected.
"Don't worry, I won't tell anyone that you're afraid of roller coasters." I wink.
Ignoring me he lets out a deep breath. "Where to next?"
"How about you pick this time?" I decide to be nice. It's a rare occasion.
"Okay, let's try hitting the bottles over there." He motions to where a long line of colourful game booths sit side by side.
"Sure." Little does he know I'm a champ at this.
After throwing his three balls and hitting all the bottles, Cody seems to have picked up his confidence that fell on the ground.
Swiping his hands against each other he wipes away the imaginary dust that mysteriously accumulated. "Beat that Davidson."
"Watch me." I respond competitively.
Picking up the first blue and white ball I lock my eyes on the target, taking a deep breath in.
It's only twenty bottles no biggy.
Remembering the sweet spot from previous experiences I slowly draw my arm back before thrusting it forward. The force could envy the pitch of a base baller.
All the bottles topple over making a satisfying clinking sound when they hit the wooded ground.
Turning around Cody's jaw is hung open practically touching the ground.
"You don't even play football!" Is the only sentence he's able to come up with.
"Hah, you think that's going to stop me? I've thrown my fair share of footballs in my life time." Drew would always practice with me showing me every little detail of what his coach just taught the team. Such a diligent student.
"Kay is there anything you're not good at here?" Ouch sounds like someone's confidence took a fall again.
"Uh, no?" Unless they added new games that I've never tried. Which is highly unlikely because they use the same games every year.
"Wanna try darts?" A competitive glint returns back into his blue orbs.
"You're on."

"I still think you're cheating somehow." He grumbles while munching on his burger he bought.
"How can I cheat at all the games?" I stick a ketchup-dipped-fry into my mouth. "I just have pure skill."
"Why don't you play any sports?" He questions looking up from his food.
"I used to when I was younger, guess I never really had much interest to pursue them further." I shrug my shoulders.
"I bet you would've done great." He surprisingly genuinely says.
I smile in response and study my peaceful surroundings. We're sat in the food court area on one of the many picnic tables spread out. The glowing colourful lights of the rides make a nice glittery background.
Crumpling up my garbage I let out a satisfied sigh.
"You ready to go on the Ferris wheel?"
"Yep," we had agreed that the last ride, as cliche as it is, would be the Ferris wheel.
Comfortably walking side by side it's a relaxing stroll as the number of people have thinned out.
It is after all 10:00.
Not having to wait in line at all we go straight into the little glass box car. After waiting a few more minutes for dwindling people to hop on the wheel starts up. The rumbling of the engine is very soothing as the box slowly rises into the dark sky.
"I hope you had fun," Cody breaks the silence.
"I did, surprisingly." I chuckle.
"So would you go on another date with me?" We're both studying the scenery around us which reflects brightly in Cody's blue eyes.
"Possibly," I smile.
"Good to know." His smile breaks into an almost child like one. It is odd to see Cody this laid back, such a different and wonderful persona.
Before we know it the bell dings indicating that our car has reached the bottom. We both stand up before Cody gestures with his hand.
"Ladies first," giving a fake posh bow he retains the happy smile.
"Why thank you," I step out carefully.
We quietly make our way back to the parking lot where his mustang is parked. Once we're sat inside we lapse into a peaceful silence with only the hum of the car.
Who knew how well the bad boy of our school and I got along?
What surprised me the most is that his presence is actually calming and comfortable. Whenever it's silent it's never awkward.
Swiftly swinging into my driveway he cuts the engine.
"I had a nice time Harley, thanks for coming."
"No problem, thanks for asking me."
As if we both sense it's too early for anything else we opt for a friendly hug as our bid goodbye.
"See you at school," I call opening the door.
"Later," I hear his voice drift out.
I can't believe I had this much fun on a date with Cody Spears.
