♛Making sure you're in good health is really important as a queen. I suggest you take all these tests to make sure your capacities are enough. All these facts are for girls from the ages of 15 to 19 so if you're younger or older it wouldn't be the same for you.

♛Push-ups
➸get into a plank position and do as many push-ups as you can
➸stop when you're tired
➸you should be able to do 18 - 24
♛Sit-ups
➸lie on the floor with knees bent at a 90° angle and do as many sit-ups as you can
➸stop when you're tired
➸you should be able to do 39 - 36
♛Wall sit
➸hold a wall sit for 20 - 35 seconds
➸you should be able to hold it for 2 minutes🌬Cardio
♛Heart rate at rest
➸place two fingers at the side of your neck or palm side of your wrist
➸count your amount of heartbeats in 10 sec then multiply it by 6
➸it should be 90 beats a minute
♛Heart rate after exercising
➸take a 10 min walk
➸check your heart rate after you've stopped
➸it should be 102 - 143 beats a minute
