I shouldn't be writing about this. I promised I wouldn't think about it anymore.
But that's what missing certain people does to you, huh?
It makes it hard going an entire day without thinking once about that person, they just have to cross your mind, even though you're trying so freaking hard to get over it already.
To get over them ever having existed in your life, to forget the daily talks, and move on.
But moving on from people, especially the ones that once meant the world to us, yeah, that's one of the top five kicks life shoves your way.
You need to do it, you have to move on, because if you don't then you're stuck in a certain time and place where that person was still in your life, and everyone else is moving forward.
And I guess that's what's exhausting, that life doesn't wait for you to fix your problems and your past attachments that make you emotionally unstable, it keeps going and it's your job to chase it.
And even though sometimes that's the most painful thing you have to do, and it's like vigorously scratching at your skin until you feel the dark red blood surfacing in hopes that that'll help you get rid of the memory of that person,
You have to go through it.
You have to suck it up and go through it, cause one day this whole moving on thing won't hurt as much, and you'll be grateful that you did.
