The thing about sadness

I know, we're backtracking again towards dark and depressing topics.

I'm sorry.

I can't help it, I guess. It seems I've taken a very honest approach whilst going into this scrapbook, so here I am, about to talk about sadness.

Something I've learned only rare people never feel. It's always associated with people, one way or the other.

The thing about sadness however, is that it triggers several feelings after it.

Pain.

Emptiness.

Numbness.

Fear?

The worst type of sadness is when you don't know why you're sad in the first place.

You just are.

And that makes you feel like trash, like you can't understand why you can't just be genuinely happy when nothing is wrong.

It sucks, it drains you.

Sadness wraps its cold fingers around your soul and turns it black and white, throwing all the colors away.

I also discovered that sadness is cruel.

Sadness is just a bunch of our demons dancing in our heads and running around in our hearts until we've had too much and we start sobbing.

It just pushes and pushes, almost like it's satisfying when it sees us crying, maybe that's why we feel better when we cry.

Because our tears satisfied the thirst the sadness inside us have been screaming about, and we quenched it.

Gosh I hate sadness, yet it seems to be loving us way too much.
