I had this conversation with a friend last night, and we talked about love, relationships, and how scary it is to get hurt because of them.
My friend told me that you could never know if falling in love with someone is going to break you or make you, my friend said that they experienced heartbreak from friends of over ten years.
It's crazy how love seems to be involved in everything, friendships, siblings, families, marriage, it's always there.
I deduced from my conversation last night that love will always and forever be scary.
But we don't have to let that fear overcome us.
In the end you can't really help when you love the people who are close to you, or fall in love with that one person, it's just one of those things that are out of our control.
I used to see all my friends break because of love, only to realize I just focused on the broken love instead of seeing the people around me whose love is the greatest blessing in their life.
I don't really know how to explain it, but I think through out life we have to experience a lot of feelings, a lot of incidents, and being in love is one of them.
Almost like if you haven't experienced that feeling of giving your all to someone, if you haven't felt that their pain, sadness, tragedies are your own, then you haven't yet felt complete.
And that's the one thing we all want to feel. Complete.
