Task Four: Personal Heat

At night, beauty  radiates through the multiple trees in the arena. Moon rays can be found  inching their way into your camp, wrapping you in a warm white light.  There are less stars than over the ocean, but they are still numerous,  as they show the fallen.

When the sun wakes you,  you barely have time to stand up before the globe spins to the north,  causing you to roll to the south. When the spinning stops, there is a  massive cloud of sand in the air, as you land in a desert wasteland  coated in cacti. Helvetica's face sneers from above.

"Welcome, tributes, to  my domain. Cosy, isn't it?" she teases, stroking the fur from her  signature red fur coat. "Oh, is my pelt making you feel even warmer? I'm  sorry; we have air conditioning in the Gamemaker studio."

A groan can be heard in  the distance, but your parched throat keeps you focused on one thing  only: you need water. Under Helvetica's stare, you spot a small pond.  You walk towards it, not thinking about whether or not your allies are  following.

As you walk towards it,  the pond seems to get further. You keep walking for who knows how long,  until the pond turns into nothing more than grains of sand flying around  in the air. A mirage.

You turn around to apologize to your allies, but you are alone.

Helvetica's face  returns. "Oh, good. I've finally got you all split up. It's much more  entertaining when you weaker tributes can't hide behind allies."

"Oh, and watch out for the cacti. They have poison sting."

The Task:

-You have been split up from your allies as you are effected by the heat.

-You MUST find your  allies at the end of the entry... HOWEVER one ally has not found their  way back. This is not a death, this is just somebody you want to kick  out of your alliance.

-The people kicked out  will not rejoin the alliance. They are excluded from their alliance  PERMANENTLY and MAY NOT join a new alliance.

-Each alliance will vote off one tribute. In the event of a tie, the tribute who handed in the latest will be given the boot.

-You must kill two  people yourself. Please specify at the end of your entry who they are,  and who you've kicked out of your alliance. If you do not specify this,  your votes/kills will not count.

-Quinn Wright will be joining Sophia Povlakos and Zara Ephram

-To avoid having the  ridiculous amount of last minute entries we had last task, ALL entries  handed in within the 2 hours before the task is due will instantly lose a  point. The last entry will lose two.

-The same awards are available.

-Entries are due Tuesday at 8 PM CST.

-Seven tributes will be up for votes. Five will be voted off, leaving us with our top ten.
