Now for the finalists:

Fourth Place:

Emily Anderson – United States of America (ScrapbookLove)

Not to quote Emily, but  these Games were filled with a fuckload of talent, including the US'  Emily Anderson herself. This girl brought her "positive attitude" and  "sunny personality" (no sarcasm here, folks!) to every challenge she was  faced with, gradually showing her soft side in her budding love with  ally Pippino D'Amore, then seeming like a heartless bitch when her real relationship  with boyfriend Roland was revealed through interviews with loved one.  Basically, this is one fucking  multi-dimensional and varied tribute.

Third Place:

Jace Miller – Britain (Rhapsodic)

Jace Miller, the  slightly spoiled son of a British ambassador, made his way through the  Games with the power of his brains. Although he was kicked out by his  alliance rather early, he managed to outlast all his former allies and  make his way to third place. Though at first his only motivation to win  was his own life, interviews with his loved one provided him a new  reason to fight; a child. Throw in his wanting to make things better  with his father for the chess board incident, and you've got one  determined boy. Sadly, Jace reached his unfortunate end before escaping  the arena. Chess and mate.

Second Place:

Pippino D'Amore – Britain (katniss-everdeen)

Pippino, the sweet  artist boy from Italy, coursed through the Games putting full trust in  all those around him. Sadly, in a place like the arena, trust isn't  necessarily the smartest thing to do, as Pip learned throughout the  Games, partly with the betrayal of his sweetheart, Emily Anderson.  Although he wasn't the strongest physically, Pippino showed that good  friends and a loveable personality can get you places as well, just not  necessarily as far as you need to be.

First Place:

Conner Stansfield United States of America (TheDarkHorse)

Yet another sweetheart,  young Conner Stansfield stumbled his way through the Game, never quite  sure what he was doing, depending greatly on his luck. Throughout the  Games, he made several allies and – more importantly – friends. Although  his moods were varied from happy and friendly to dark and depressed,  Conner stayed constant throughout the Games and fought his way to a  well-deserved win.
