The Writer Games: Once In A Lifetime

The Writer Games  have had a variety of Gamemakers, and of hosts, but these type of Games  only happen once every generation. When a Gamemaker passes, no matter  the time of day, there is a Games thrown in their honour, a sort of  celebration of their lives and past achievements. The tributes are  nothing but top-notch, hand-picked masters of their craft, of any age,  as a way to honour the Gamemakers.

That is right, Brielle Featherlin has passed. But it is time for her legacy to be passed on, and for her to go out with a bang.

Welcome,  tributes, to the newest Writer Games, Once In A Lifetime! These Games  are made to honour a Gamemaker, and will have nothing but  top-of-the-notch tributes, tributes who are promising and seem like they  will be interesting to read about, but mostly tributes by some of the  most talented authors Wattpanem has to offer.

Now, as these Games are  made to honour a Gamemaker, they will be held in the most professionnal  way possible. There will be instant punishments for breaking rules, and a  different way of deciding which tributes are up for votes. This is how  the voting selection will work.

1. Every tribute will  receive a score of one to six on each entry, you can get two points for  grammar, two points for writing style, and two points for creativity.

2. Fail to hand in, and you instantly lose all possible points for the task.

3. Every time you are killed, one point will be taken off your overall score.

4. Three extra awards will be awarded each time. Best characterisation, best entry, and best quote.

5. The tributes with the lowest scores are up for votes.

6. The scores are cumulative.

Now for some rules:

-Asking for votes,  trying to bribe or guilt people for votes, basically any campaining is  punishable by death. We will hunt you down and kill you. I mean your  tributes, not you, I wouldn't do that.

-No alliance wars. If  this is to happen, each tribute involved will instantly be put up for  votes, and tribute from every alliance will be involved.

-There will be word  limits. I've gotten 20 PM entries before, and it made me want nothing  more than to see that tribute die, so to avoid this, word limits shall  be necessary.

Note: Tributes will  not instantly be accepted. There will be rounds of selection, and we  will decide on tributes. Only 20 will be chosen, so some spots will not  be filled.

You can make three tributes, but only two will be selected.

Please add a brief  reaping scene, not more than 1,000 words. This will be used to determine  whether or not we want you as a tribute, so make it good.
