Dagan Zephyr - POV;

"Come on guys! You got this! Go! Go! Zephyr! Go! Go! Zephyr!" Evelynn cheered excitedly as we prepared backstage to enter the field.

"Exactly! You better do this Dagan!" Jacqueline demanded, "And you better not let Disas get hurt either because I'll be mad!"

"Celes! Winter! Do your best got it?!" Evelynn spoke up again, "If you guys win Dagan and Storm will take you both on a double date! I'll make sure of it!"

The two girls grew red at Evelynn's proposal but at the same time I saw a fiery passion for victory spark within them.

"Dagan," Xyder addressed me, placing a hand on my shoulder, "I consider her a close friend so it kind of pains me to say this but, make sure you go out there and kick Indira's ass! I'm already preparing my gloats for afterwards."

"You got it boss," I chuckled as we departed. Seconds later we were greeted by the brilliant sunshine in the open-roofed Coliseum. The rowdy crowds cheered in anticipation when Astra and our own team finally came face to face.

"Sorry about this Dagan. It's nothing personal. But hey, on the bright side, Astra will get to pound Zephyr into the floor twice!" Indira grinned.

"It's I who must apologize for kicking you and you band of delinquents out before Xyder has the chance to," I smirked.

"Oh ho? Don't get too confident now. I'm a queen in Astra but you... you're Zephyr's slave," she mocked.

"But I've been told that the ladies can't help but fawn over my confidence. If you're not careful, you just might fall for me too, Lady Indira."

"Oh I'll fall for you. My leg will fall through your face that is."

"Kinky."

"Shove it, Dagan," she spat, clearly a bit disgusted, adopting a battle-ready pose.

"Sorry, sorry. That was too far," I conceded, raising my own stance.

"Match start!" the referee blew his whistle.

Immediately, Indira shot forward in a bolt of lightning, closing the huge gap between us in a second. She blasted directly into my abdomen, launching me backwards. She flowed, grabbing my shirt and dragging me across the dirt as she dashed at unbelievable speeds. She had me forced to eat dirt, very literally at that, and I found myself sputtering to remove the blades of grass and soil from my mouth. Suddenly, she shifted gears, launching me high into the air. She appeared almost instantaneously behind me and proceeded to zip around me at an impercievable pace, striking me each time she passed by. I found myself bombarded by some twenty or more attacks each second before she let up. She ended her combo by spinning rapidly above me to build up speed before unleashing it all in a single, roundhouse kick which sent me hurtling to the ground. I knew this move all too well for it was the very same attack Lord Grisha had used on Xyder all those weeks ago when he was arrested. It seems the daughter was alot more like her father than I realised. As I crashed into the Earth the Regulus Heir of Astra descended in a flash and stood over the small crater left from my impact.

"Is that all that your big talk amounted to? I have to say I'm disappointed. Maybe Zephyr really isn't as strong as they once were," she laughed.

"Come on. Don't tell me that you thought I was done already? I can go more than once baby," I snickered as I rose up shakily. The earthen armor around my body began to fall off, having been cracked and battered by Indira's assault. Her teammates retreated from their individual battles with my allies temporarily as they gathered near their leader. Storm and the others rushed closer towards me, prepared to pick up where they left off.
