Xyder Zephyr - POV;
"What the hell are you saying?!" I boomed.
"I mean every word and I regret none of my choices," Evelynn muttered.
"Are you fricking insane?!" I shouted.
"Learn your place Xyder!" Evelynn exclaimed, "I am the elder sister and grandfather is the absolute leader! You have no right to disobey myself and worse the Regulus! Shut your mouth!"
In a fit of rage I grabbed Evie by her collar and shoved her against the wall, pinning her in the process. Gasps erupted from our surrounding friends and some of them even stepped back in fear.
"Say that to me again," I growled.
"You're not strong and you have no power. You're just being a bully," she spat. Instinctively I drew back my right arm and clenched my fist simultaneously in a mere flash. My fist shot forward in a straight line with one target.
"Stooop!" Satella cried out as she dove onto and grabbed my biceps. My attack had just barely hit its mark as my fingers grazed against Evelynn's cheek and sunk slightly into the wall.
"I thought those were our friends," I muttered into Evelynn's ear, "it seems only I saw them as such. Whatever might happen to them now, that's all on your shoulders. It's all your fault."
I released my grasp on the girl and wrenched my restrained limb out of Satella's hold. I turned away from my peers and marched out of the hotel room, slamming the door shut behind me.
Satella Zephyr - POV;
"Xyder!" Storm called behind our friend.
"Are you alright?" Dagan inquired rushing to the coughing Evelynn's side.
"Y- yeah," she sputtered, xatching her breath.
"Why did you do it?" Sorine questioned under her breath.
"What did you say?" Evie asked.
"Why did you sign us up?!" she exclaimed.
"I already answered that. Don't tell me that you've already forgotten?" Evie shot back.
"Why you smug-" Sorine began.
"Wait Sorine," Celes interrupted, "Evelynn, take a look at this."
"What is this?" Evie enquired as she took the letter and image from Celes' fingers.
"We recieved it from an unknown sender after your bold and secretive moves," Celes stated bluntly. Evelynn looked at the pieces of paper she held and from her expression you could easily tell that she was shaken.
"I hope you're happy," Winter spat coldly.
"Rydia...." Disas trailed off shivering as she fought back tears.
"At this rate, they'll die for sure. If Blaze acted as Xyder said they had, there is no doubt that they aren't afraid to come through with their threats," Jacqueline noted with a voice of agony.
"It sounds to me that you're just like Regulus Seraphim. You treat us like pawns to be used. To think I saw you as a friend," Sorine murmered.
"That's- no. This isn't what I wanted to happen. I would have never wanted Rydia to be hurt! All of you are dear to me," Evie defended herself.
"What you're doing says otherwise. What you've done to the one you call your brother is truly cruel above all however. Xyder already lost his mother and father. Now you've just about doomed the only parent figure in his life, Alva, to die. You're the absolute worst," Storm ground his teeth as the bitter words escaped.
