Hey, names Shasta.
Not that you care or anything. I'm just a boring short girl.
Typical black hair, odd eyes and boring personality.
Well that's what my "friends" call it. Anyways onto the story. ——- 6:30am——
Getting out of the shower seems refreshing to everyone. I hate it at times. I have to wash the sleep and peacefulness off of me.
I know I'm clean on the outside, but the inside is a different story. It's like it haunts me and the feelings creep up and it hurts.
Maybe if I scrub my skin enough then I can get the hurt and despair out.
Today is the date I lost my childhood best friend.
He was the funniest and by far smartest. Everyone picked and bullied him but I stuck up for him.
He was the "nerd" of our class. He helped me through my math classes and he got my attention.
One day he was being beat up by three boys.
I being the tough girl told them off and somehow they left.
Anyways after that we were best friends. I had many of them in school. But as high school approached they left faster than I made them.
He left our school in 8th grade. He was skin and bone and had glasses. We were the outliers of the grade.
But without him all hope was lost.
By senior year they were all gone. They loved to watch me sit alone and I heard them talking about me all the time. I let it pass and sat in the far corner away from everyone.
I had no one.
