15 weeks...

(Xander)
Having Devyn in my arms felt relieving. I pulled her closer to me and she cried.

Every moment in our lives slowly crept back in my mind.

Every kiss, every love.

"Don't leave me."

I smiled planting a kiss on her forehead, "I couldn't."

My nose met hers when her hand reached my cheek, I leaned in touching her lips with mine. We slowly moved as I kissed her softly.

We deepened the kiss at a soft and slowly pace not breaking apart.

Pain grew stronger and I pulled away quickly falling to the ground on my knees.

"Xander?"

The pain kept growing as if I was hit by a train. I groaned as it got stronger feeling the worst migraine ever.

"Make it stop!?"

My emotions were all over the place, "I'm right here."

"Please, make it stop, Devyn?!"

Devyn fell to her knees helping me in all she could. She grabbed me holding me in her arms as I screamed and cried in pain.

"Make it....stop. It hurts..."

I sobbed in the most agonizing pain, "Please," I said softly.

She was upset as well trying to stop the torture for me.

I don't deserve her.

Devyn held me close in her arms as I used all my strength the lay there in her arms.

"How do we get you out from him?"

"I don't know," I cry.

Because I didn't.

I can't comprehend everything happening.

"When I'm with you, the pain is stronger. I don't want to be away from you any longer. I need you, Dev. I need you back."

"You have me. I promise. We just need to break you from Ethan."

I started to cough worse and worse by the second as if I was going to lose every last meal I have ever had.

"Xander?!"

I couldn't stop.

I raised up to try to put it to rest but I just couldn't.

The pain shot through my instantly and it continued, "You said I make the pain worse?!"

"No, don't leave."

"What about this?"

"What?"

She touched the back of my neck and I reached around feeling for what she was talking about.

"What is that?"

"I don't know. Ethan wouldn't tell me. For all I know it's impossible to remove."

I coughed once again and she tried to move my head to get a look of it.

"Don't. It's painful."

She stopped and looked at me, "What if Ethan is controlling you by this?"

"I don't doubt it. It's like it's embedded and attached to me. I have already tried to remove it."

"What are we going to do?"

I sat up in front of her and I grabbed her hand noticing a ring she had on her finger, "Did I give you that?"
