When you and Soundwave arrived on Cybertron he was able to get a job as a DJ at one of the clubs and you got a job as a Cybertronian pet and minicon sitter. You renamed yourself Y/C/n, but kept your human name as a nickname. You both were able to get a place to live and you quickly became friends with the other femmes in your neighborhood. Your new house had four bedrooms and had a lot of room, you even got a big enough yard for Ravage Jr. to play in. You both kept your promise and visited your kids at least once a year since you missed them.
A few years after you and Soundwave lived on Cybertron you became sparked with twin mech sparklings and when you had them you and Soundwave named them Rumble and Frenzy, they were naturally named after his original twins. You and Soundwave were happy with your lives on Cybertron with your minicons and twins. None wouldn't have happened if you hadn't gone out hiking in the woods. And you all lived happily ever after.
