The midwife placed my baby girl in my arms. "She's beautiful." I said as a tear fell "ssshhh, you're okay teeny." I tried to calm her down

"She's gorgeous." Shawn said hovering above us "hello Gorgeous girl." He took her little hand "well done babe." He kissed the top of my head "you're as beautiful as your mother, aren't you?" He said in a baby voice

"You look just like your father." I laughed. She done a little smirk "oh my god. You guys even have a dimple in the same place." I pointed

"Are you also going to be a daddy's girl?" He smiled

We got into a room where it was just shawn the baby's and I. We didn't tell anyone about my going into labour but our siblings and our parents because we wanted it to be a super special.

Shawn and I have also kept our relationship REALLY private and it's just been nice to have something to us for once and not something too exposed.

I placed the baby on my boob "you're so cute." I told her and rubbed her cheek

"What's her name?" Shawn rubbed his hands

"Amelia Elizabeth Karen mendes" I told him

"I love it." He bent down to give me a kiss "So is teeny the nick name because you've been calling her that since she came out."
