Chapter 68

20th June 2021

We had ALL of our family and friends together because Shawn and I were going to tell them all that i was pregnant.

We all sat around in the garden as we had just finished out food. We both stood up. Shawn wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him. I put my hand on his chest. "Hannah and I have got something to tell you guys." Shawn announced looking around.

"What is it?" Aaliyah shouted out making both of us chuckle.

"We are expecting baby number two!" I sung with the biggest smile across my face.

"OH MY GOD!!!" Olivia screamed while running up to me and pulling me into a massive hug. We both laughed as we stood there.

Everyone else came up and said congratulations. I still had to tell my dad. I tapped shawns shoulder and told him to come up with me to our room.

I sat down on our bed as we FaceTimed him. It rung twice and he answered. "Hey Hannah, how are you darling?"

"I'm good." I said after moving the camera so Shawn was in frame

"Hey Shawn!"

"Hey!"

"Okay, we've got something to tell you dad." I explained to him.

"Oh god, what is it hannah?" He asked worryingly

"Im pregnant!" I exclaimed.

"I'm so happy for you Hannah!!" He dad responded. "How far along are you?"

"Three, almost four months."

"That's so lovely, I'm so happy for you!! Truly am." I could see a tear leaving his eye.

Seeing him cry made me want to cry. It was always so weird seeing him cry since I never really saw him cry. Shawn rubbed my back, I looked at him and gave him a smile. "It's just that you're so young. I know you've had Nathan, but are you really sure you want this?" He asked.

"Yes dad, you know how long I've wanted this."

"I know honey, it's just a lot you know."

"Yeah." I nodded looking at the camera. I felt a tear fall down my face. "Dad, we need to go, mums calling us down."

"Alright honey. Bye, love you.."

"Love you too.." I said, blew a kiss then ended the call.

I looked at Shawn. "Look at me Hannah. We know we can do this, we've already got one."

"I know shawn." My voice croaked. "It's just that we are finally at a good place, When you make these massive changes they either go up or down, they never stay the same, we are finally at a good place and I don't want that to change." I cried into my hand as Shawn listened to what I was saying.

He kissed my temples and hugged me. "I know..." he muttered. "Yeah, I get it." "It's gonna be okay, you know, I'll try my best."

"When we had Nathan we- I don't know what happened." I thought back to the amount of arguments we had when I first gave birth.

"It was new, we weren't familiar with it." He calmed me down.

He squeezed me and we sat there just hugging each other for a good five minutes. Shawn kept on saying "it's going to be okay" knowing it was calming me down.

I looked at myself in my mirror and made a face. "What was that for Shawn asked?"

"I look rough.." I looked back at him making him stand up wipe a tear off my face.
