I'm at Chase's hanging out with him for the day, right now I'm sitting next to Chase watching a movie. My phone dings, I grab it and see it's a text from Paisley.
🌺Paisley🌺: Whatcha doing?
🌻Sydney🌻: At Chase's😌 What are you doing?
🌺Paisley🌺: Use protection.
🌻Sydney🌻: 🙄 We're watching a movie.
🌺Paisley🌺: You guys are probably watching 50 Shades Of Grey.
🌻Sydney🌻: Actually no, we're watching Finding Nemo.
🌺Paisley🌺: 😂 You guys are little kids😂
🌻Sydney🌻: 😂 I'll talk to you later.
🌻Sydney🌻: Byeeee.
🌺Paisley🌺: Okay. Byeeeee.
I set my phone down and scoot closer to Chase, I go to lay my head on his shoulder. He scoots farther away from me, I look at him and admire him. He looks at me.
Chase: What are you looking at?
Sydney: Nothing, I was just admiring you and how lucky I am to have you.
He scoffs.
Chase: Well stop. It's weird.
He turns away and looks back at the movie.
Sydney: Oh. Sorry.
I turn back and look at the movie, 30 minutes go by and Chase has been in a bad mood and has had a mean look on his face.
Sydney: Chase, what's wrong?
He ignores me.
Sydney: Are you mad at me? Did I do something?
I look and see him roll his eyes, I stand up and grab my phone. I walk upstairs and to his room, I lay on his bed and turn and face the wall. I doze off a few minutes later, a few hours go by and I hear Chase's door being shut. I open my eyes and sit up, I see Chase sitting at his computer desk on his phone. I sit up and look at him.
Sydney: Chase, why are you ignoring me? What's wrong?
A few seconds go by.
Sydney: Chase.
Chase: God Sydney! Just stop talking to me! Leave me alone!
Sydney: What's wrong? Did I do something?
Chase: Leave! Just leave my house and leave me alone!
Sydney: Okay. Sorry.
I get up and put my shoes on, I grab my stuff and walk out of his room. I walk downstairs and walk out of his house, I unlock my car and walk over to it. I open my back door and put my stuff in it, I hear Chase's front door open and close. I open my car door.
Chase: Sydney?
Sydney: What? You told me to leave so I'm leaving.
He walks over to me.
Chase: Don't leave. I'm sorry. I shouldn't of ignored you.
Sydney: Chase-
Chase: I'm sorry. Please don't leave.
He shuts my door.
Chase: Come inside so we can talk. Please?
Sydney: Fine.
Chase grabs my hand and we walk inside, he shuts his front door.
Chase: I'm sorry. I shouldn't of ignored you. I should of answered you and I shouldn't of yelled at you.
Sydney: What was wrong? Why were you upset or mad?
Chase: I was mad at you.
Sydney: Why?
Chase: Because today we were supposed to hangout with just me and you and no one else and nothing else going on but like thirty minutes after the movie started you were on your phone texting people when it was supposed to be just us and nothing to worry about and no phones. I just got upset because you were on your phone instead of watching the movie with me. I know I took it to far by yelling and I'm sorry.
Sydney: Chase, I'm so sorry. I didn't forget about today but I forgot about the phone rule and I'm sorry. You have no reason to be sorry.
Chase hugs me and I hug him back.
Chase: Can we start over and watch a different movie?
Sydney: Yes, of course.
I lift my head up and Chase kisses me, I kiss him back. He pulls away and lets go of me, I set my phone and keys on the counter and take my shoes off. Me and Chase walk over to the couch and sit back down, he turns on Finding Dory.
