Kath had spent the evening packing up her things when she made it home after her date with DJ and had told Liza everything - she was saving packing Dylan's things for the morning, since as she'd need clothes and a few toys to keep her occupied until DJ arrived. She kept checking on her little girl as the night wore on, but only because it was raining outside and Dylan had been a little restless because of how loud it was against the windows and the sound of the wind but she seemed to be deeply asleep, which was a comfort to Kath. "We'll be home soon, baby girl... then we'll both get a good night's sleep." She whispered, leaning down and kissing her cheek before getting back to putting the rest of her clothes in boxes she'd managed to get from the hotel - they were boxes the deliveries had come in, so they were huge boxes. She didn't need more than two or three, most of her things were still back home. All she truly had were clothes and a few personal items, the kitchen things came with the room and so did the crib Dylan slept in. She just focused on packing, not wanting to be in the hotel for a second longer than she had to be. Whenever she saw her engagement ring, it just made her more desperate to get herself and her daughter home where they belonged.

She raced to the front door as there was a knock, throwing herself at DJ when he came through the door and he locked his arms around her in return, crashing his lips against hers.

"I could get used to this greeting," DJ said with a smile, kissing her again and Kath kissed him again, feeling the overwhelming urge to cry.

"Just take me home, DJ... I hate it here, I wanna go home." She breathed and DJ pecked her lips, kissing her forehead.

"Is everything packed?" DJ asked, letting her lead him further into the room and he grinned when he saw Dylan laid on the rug on top of her blanket, a cloth in her hands to mess around with and she seemed fascinated with how it could crumple up in her fists. She reminded him so much of Kath, she was his perfect girl.

"Yeah, I just need to get Dylan in her car seat. I have two of those big boxes and that's it, but they're too big for the trunk." Kath said, lifting Dylan up from the floor. She hadn't bothered trying to force Dylan into some shoes, they'd be going straight to the car and straight inside afterward.

"That's okay! I'll put the boxes in the backseat of my car, you drive behind me with Dylan." DJ said, kissing Dylan's head. "Hi, princess!" He greeted excitedly. "You're coming home to be with Daddy and Noah!" He cheered, clapping his hands and he made her clap hers too, which made her giggle. "She looks tired." DJ noticed, running his fingers through her hair.

"The rain kept her up for a while, she was fussy with Liz and she was starving when I came home because she kept pushing the bottle away," Kath said, rolling her eyes playfully and DJ gasped dramatically.

"Miss Padilla, were you being a sassy baby for Auntie Liz?" DJ scolded in a baby voice, tickling her and they both laughed as Dylan burst into a fit of giggles, burying her head into Kath's neck.

"Let's get you home, baby girl, then you can have a big nap before your brother gets home." She whispered, kissing Dylan's head and she smiled, watching as DJ left the room and came back a moment later with a luggage cart.

"I grabbed one of these to save us coming up here again," DJ said, ignoring Kath when she went to help and he was easily able to lift both of the large boxes onto the cart - they weren't heavy, there wasn't much in them. One box had their clothes and Dylan's toys in it, the other had the bathroom things in it and the leftover food from the cabinets, fridge, and freezer so it wouldn't go to waste. "Do you have to pay for the time you've been here still?" DJ asked, pushing the cart out of the room with Kath by his side - she was beyond relieved to be saying goodbye to the hotel for good.

"No, I already paid first thing this morning. Did Noah go off to Jasmine's house okay?" Kath asked.

"Yeah, but he was a little nervous to be left alone with her which I can understand. He's probably having fun now, I think Jasmine wants to bake with him or something - he loves baking with Mom, so he'll be having fun." DJ said and Kath smiled, nodding her head.

"I hope so."

"Then he'll have the surprise of his life when he comes home and sees you and Dylan are back for good." DJ beamed and Kath smiled wider. There were paparazzi outside the hotel, snapping pictures of them and Kath just held Dylan close to her to protect her from the sound and to hide her face from them. DJ packed up his car in silence, making sure Kath and Dylan were safely in Kath's car before they headed away from the hotel together - they were going home.
