Lisa POV

I just need to survive this.

Sigh… how did I end up in the middle of them again? What did I do to deserve this?

I was thinking of a way to keep us all together as a big group to prevent Joy, Yeri, Seulgi and Irene from abandoning me as well as trying to find something that would help pass the time and keep us all occupied. So I suggested the movies.

That was stupid of me.

We spent 30 minutes arguing over what movie to watch. Action, Drama, Comedy, Cartoons. Everyone wanted something different. In the end I had to pull Seulgi and Joy aside and speak to them. By that I meant that I had to yank on their ears to pull them down till they were at eye level with me and then I told them that I would string them up to dry on the telephone lines outside if they didn’t agree with me and stop prolonging the decision. I’m trying my best to reduce the animosity and create a calm and mellow atmosphere and here they are adding to the negativity.

I made them both say ‘I understand Lisa-yah, I’m sorry Lisa-yah. It won’t happen again Lisa-yah’ before I let them go. It took really some time for them to agree.

After that we returned with smiles on our faces with Joy and Seulgi urging their other halves to go with the plan. So after a vote, the majority won. It was 5 votes for Despicable Me and 2 votes for Eclipse. Surprisingly or maybe not surprisingly Jennie and Chaeyoung agreed that they wanted to watch sparkly vampires and topless werewolves. I guess they’re not too different after all. I mean they do have similar taste.

Why watch Despicable Me? Well I was hoping it would be adorable and entertaining. That way we’d all exit the cinema in good spirits. Additionally it doesn’t seem to have a love story behind it so that works for me right now. Lastly, I think I’d get upset if I heard and saw them gushing and drooling over Edward and Jacob. A girl can only take so much.

I had to buy popcorn and drinks for everyone. Irene started to bug me about getting chips and hot dogs but after a glare from me she backed off and tried to hide behind Seulgi. I guess the saying is true, you really do learn something new everyday. Irene learnt to not mess with me. Took her long enough.

As we walked into the Cinema I had already decided on the seating plan. It would be Irene, Jennie, Seulgi, me, Yeri, Chaeyoung and Joy. It was perfect. Chaeyoung and Jennie would be seated further away from each other but equal in distance from me and they’d be in between their friends in case anything happened and they needed to be soothed. I tired so hard to get the gang to follow through but I should’ve known that Chaeyoung and Jennie had other plans.

Jennie grabbed my arm and I couldn’t help but follow cos I was holding the popcorn and drinks and my hands were full. She plopped herself down in the centre of the row and made me sit next to her and well… Chaeyoung rushed over by pushing and shoving the other girls away so she could take her place on the seat on the other side of me.

I felt so defeated by them that I wanted to find a shovel so I could just dig myself a grave and be done with it. But I couldn’t so I sank back into my seat and tried to stay as still as possible. I didn’t want to make sudden movements because it seemed potentially dangerous to me.

I imagined I was lost at a safari trip and 2 lionesses found me and decided to walk by my side. If I just walked and didn’t make any sudden movements I may make it out alive but if I scare either of the lionesses I could die from being attacked by one or both of them. I wish I had a tranquilizer gun or something. Its becoming really tiring and draining to be between the 2 of them. I constantly have to watch what I say, who I talk to, what I do. And it hurts to look at them and see the sadness, the jealousy and the frustration.
