Athena sat bored on the stool, waiting for MJ to finish her debate against an unfamiliar boy.

They were at the debate face off, the one which MJ asked Thea to go to less then a week ago. It was interesting, sure, but since Athena was waiting so long for her turn, it got extremely boring.

The thing that made it worse was the fact that she was debating against Liz Allen, and if she lost to her, she would lose all her dignity and credit.

Luckily, she was great at arguing.

Everyone applauded as the two debaters walked back to their chair.

"How was I?" MJ asked as she took a seat beside the blonde.

"Great," Athena said, though she didn't listen to a thing MJ had said.

"Up next, Liz Allen versus Theodora Princeton, freestyle.." The presenter said "the topic is Animal Testing. Miss Allen, you will be for animal testing and Miss Princeton, you will be against animal testing. Let the debate begin."

"Animal testing is a crucial thing for today's society. It is necessary for man kind to create new things without harming the people." Liz explained, causing Athena to roll her eyes "it keeps our human race safe—"

"I'm sorry, Liz" Athena cut in.

"Theodora, it's not your—" the presenter said.

"I don't care." Athena spoke over him "What you're saying is, it is okay for animals to be harmed, tortured and killed? What did they ever do to us? The rats, the rabbits, the mice? What did they do?"

"Nothing, but—" she began to speak again but Athena cut her off.

"Animals are the only reason we can live today." Athena spoke up "without cows, we wouldn't have milk, without chickens, we wouldn't have eggs. The world would go into a genuine crisis if any popular animal went into extinction. And that is why Animal testing is wrong."

"If we didn't have Animal testing, then we wouldn't be able to make new products." Liz said with a smirk "defend that, Thea." Liz said, mimicking the girl's nick name.

"What's wrong with the products we have, Elisabeth?" Athena fake smiled "what, you want more makeup to pack onto your face? There are plenty of working products for man kind to use, why do we need to make more? For beauty?"

"Yes, for beauty—"

"That's kind of shallow, don't you think?" Athena's smile turned into a hard on glare as Liz stepped away from her podium and into the middle of the room.

"If you have a problem with me, you can tell me." Liz said, crossing her arms over her white blouse.

Athena stepped back before walking around her podium and standing deadly in front of Liz. Even with the outstanding height difference, Athena wasn't scared of the girl one bit. After all, she did have magical powers.

"So you seriously wanna go there, Liz? I think you know that I could easily beat you." Athena smirked, getting right into the girl's face.

"Debate is over, you may return to your seats." The presenter said, but both girls ignore it.

"I'm not scared of you, Thea." Liz said, a pout on her large lips.

"You should be" Athena said with a confident smirk. Liz's face fell flat at the girl's expression, like she wasn't scared of anything.

Athena sent Liz a deep glare before turning around and walking back to her seat.

"Have I ever told you that I'm in love with you?" MJ asked as Athena continued to glare at Liz Allen from her seat.

"Twice."

The news travelled around school faster than pietro could run from Queens to Brooklyn.

Everyone had heard about the word brawl between Theodora Princeton and Liz Allen, yet half of the rumours weren't even true.

"I heard Thea slapped Liz."

"I heard that she threatened to kill her."

"I heard that Liz was crying."

That and many more, but none were true. Most people had taken Liz's side on the entire argument, meaning Athena had received many death glares from students.

"I hate my life" Athena said, placing her head in her hands as she sat opposite Peter and Ned.

"It's okay, Thea. You're a total badass." Ned assured, grabbing the girl's hand.

"Yeah, I mean, at least now you have some good credit, i mean, you're popular as fuck! Everyone's talking about you!" Peter said which made Athena groan again and bang her head on the table.

"I was supposed to lay low." Thea said, causing both boys to look at each other confused. "Not get into any drama. This was the last thing I needed."

"It will blow over in a week, trust me." Peter said as the girl picked her head up from the table and looked at Peter through the strands of blonde hair that had fallen over her face.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, you're new, that's why it was such a big deal" Ned shrugged "believe him, it will blow over soon."
