To Athena, being in space with a bunch of aliens wasn't the ideal day for her. But she trusted them. After all, they saved her life, she was surprised she was even still alive.

She sat awkwardly on the table she had been on for what felt like hours, looking across the room at the people... or aliens. "So... what do you guys call yourselves?"

"Well, you call yourselves the avengers," Quill spoke up, "we call ourselves the guardians of the galaxy."

Gamora shook her head and looked down as Athena stuck out an impressed bottom lip "it has a cool ring to it, you know."

"Thank you!" Quill exclaimed, "I like her—" he turned to Drax "do you like her?"

"I like her." The blue guy answered.

"Hey, So, If you're a normal person, why are you wearing a cape?" Quill asked.

Athena looked back at the black material on her back before rolling her eyes "on this planet.. I tried to stay in my normal super suit, you know? But this really powerful guy on the planet was like 'no, that ain't alien fashion' so, he remade my suit and gave me a cape."
She explained before ripping the black material off of her shoulders and leaving her in her original, modified suit.

"I hate when that happens" Drax shook his head.

"So, you can just touch people and automatically feel what they feel?" Athena asked the ant girl curiously.

"Yes, and I can alter emotions for a certain amount of time." Mantis replied.

"Cool, can you make me happy for a few seconds?" Athena asked, "I think I forgot what it felt like."

Mantis nodded her head and touched the girl's arm, her face fell flat before Athena started to laugh. She wondered why when Mantis did it, she thought of Natasha and Peter — the two people who make her happy.

"Woah, that's insane. Thank you, Mantis," Athena smiled before getting up from the chair and walking into the room to see Drax eating some chrisps whilst watching Gamora and Peter kiss.

He crunched really loudly, making the couple turn to him in confusion.

"Dude." Quill looked at him in disgust "how long have you been standing there?"

"An hour" Drax answered causing Athena to look at him curiously.

"An hour?"

"Are you serious?" Gamora raised her eyebrow.

"I've mastered the ability of standing so incredibly still that I have become invisible to the eye." He explained. "Watch."

Athena watched the guy curiously as he brang good to his mouth "you're eating." She said.

"But my movement is so slow that it's imperceptible."

"Mmm, no." Quill shook his head.

"I'm sure I'm invisible."
