Tony went in and threw one of his bots at Thanos, holding open his fist.

"You throw another moon at me, and I'm gonna lose it." Tony said as he landed on the ground in front of Thanos.

"Stark."

"You know me?" Tony asked as he raised an eyebrow.

"I do." Said Thanos "you're not the only one cursed with knowledge."

"My only curse is you" Tony said breathlessly before striking at the titan. Thanos blocked Tony's rockets with his gauntlet before striking at him with the suit. Thanos pulled Tony's helmet, breaking it off and before he strikes again, Tony created a new one around his head.

Thanos punched him to the ground and pulled the metal off of his gauntlet that Tony out there. Tony sat up, striking at Thanos once again as he pinned his hand to the ground and kicked him around the head.

Thanos touched the side of his face and looked down at his finger "all that for a drop of blood."

Thanos stood up and flipped tony over, making him land harshly on his back. Thanos grabbed him and continuously punched him to the ground before using the power stone to punch him away.

Tony used both reactors, pointing them at Thanos but doing nothing. Thanos blocked the attack with his gauntlet, stepping closer and closer making Tony even more worried.

Thanos hit Tony's head, once again, causing his helmet to break. Tony pulled out a knife and tried to stab Thanos but the titan broke it off and impaled Tony in the stomach.

Athena's eyes went wide as she saw Tony drop onto the floor.

"You have my respect, Stark." Thanos said as he held the metal inserted in Tony's stomach. "When I'm done, half of humanity will still be alive."

Thanos pulled away and stood up, looking down at Tony "I hope they remember you."

Thanos aimed the gauntlet at Tony before being caught off guard by a voice, "s-stop."

Thanos looked to Dr Strange who sat there breathlessly "spare his life... and I will give you the stone."

"No tricks." Thanos said, looking at Strange seriously. The wizard shook his head before forming the green orb in his hand.

Thanos held out his hand to the wizard as the stone started to fly over to him. Athena looked back and forth worriedly before looking down at Peter and then back to Thanos who inserted the time stone in to his gauntlet.

"One to go." Thanos said as Athena got up and started blasting him, causing him to stumble back. He regained his posture and used the space stone to disappear. Athena dropped to her feet and ropy poly'd on the ground before standing back up and turning to Tony and Strange.

"Did we just lose?" Athena asked as she looked to Tony.

Tony looked back to Strange and asked "why did you do that?"

"We're in the endgame now."

Athena walked back over and helped Peter stand up. They walked back over to the others.

"Somethings happening." Athena looked over to Mantis in confusion before seeing her fade into dust.

The blonde looked at Peter and then Tony with wide eyes.

"Quill?" They all looked over to Drax who started to fade away too.

"What's happening?" Athena asked with a shake in her voice. A small tear falling from her eye.

"Steady, Quill." Tony warned before he too, faded away.

"Tony." They all turned around to face Strange "there was no over way."

As the wizard faded away, Athena turned to Peter who started shaking.

"Mr Stark." He held onto his stomach. "I don't feel so good."

"Peter. No, no, no, no, Peter." She mumbled under her breath with a single tear falling down her face.

"You're all right."

"I don't — I don't know what's happening. I don't feel—" he fell into Tony's arms. He looked to Athena whilst hugging Tony and repeatedly said "I don't wanna go, I don't wanna go. Please, sir, please. I don't wanna go. I don't wanna go."

Tony put Peter down on the floor and Athena instantly rushed to his side and grabbed hold of his hand.

"You're gonna — you're gonna be okay, Peter. I promise." Athena said with a shaky voice as multiple tears fell down her face and onto his.

"I'm sorry." Peter looked at her before fading away.

"No" Athena said as she looked at her hand that was covered in his dust. Her hand was shaking, she just kept staring at them.

"No" she repeated as Tony came over to her and grabbed hold of her hand.

"No, no—"

"Athena" Tony interrupted causing her to look up at him with her eyes full of tears.

"No, Peter, no" she shook her head.

"Athena!" Tony said louder causing her to look back down. He embraced her into a hug, the only sound was her quiet sobs.

"He did it." Nebula spoke as she sat on a rock beside them.

Athena looked back down at the pile of dust Peter faded into.

He was gone.

"What are we gonna do?" Athena huffed as a tear slid down her face.

"I don't know."
