Chapter 31

Andrew drove towards the park where he used to spend time with his children, Ashley and Cobbie. He, misses them, ng maghiwalay sila ni Faye, his daughter can't accept it at dahil tapos na ang classes niya, his mother decided to bring Ashley with her to the states for a vacation, sabi kasi ng mommy niya na her granddaughter needs an air to breath sa daming nangyayari changes sa buhay nila mag ama.

Bumaba si Andrew ng kotse and went straight towards the bench kung saan madalas sila umuupo ng mga anak niya.

Nagpakawala siya ng malalim na hininga at malungkot na umupo.

He just wanted to give Ashley a family, kahit silang dalawa lang basta buo silang dalawa but life has plans, pumasok sa buhay nila si Faye, si Cobbie and ang magiging baby nila ni Faye.

Now, he doesn't know kung mabibigay pa niya kay Ashley ang pamilya na una niyang plinano. Kasi kahit anong gawin niya he and Ashley will never be enough.

And deep inside Andrew's heart, he knows Ashley feels the same.

Mashinahanap pa ng anak niya ang mommy Faye niya kaysa sa tunay netong ina. Noong hindi pa umaalis ang anak para magbakasyon sa US, he always slept with her at her room kasi his daughter won't stop crying and will fell asleep, calling her mommy Faye's name.

Natigil si Andrew sa pagiisip ng may biglang tumabi sa kanya.

"Pinuntahan kita sa office mo, but your business partner told me na umalis ka na,"

Maarteng sabi ni Mela Ang kay Andrew.

Andrew warily looked at the aggressive woman who was consistently giving him sexual advances for the last month since he and Faye parted ways.

Andrew consistently dodge Mela's advances kahit hirap na hirap siya iwasan eto dahil magkasama sila sa project ng kompanya ng ama niya at ama ni Mela.

"What do you need from me now, Carmela?" He asked the clingy woman beside him with an irritated and sarcastic voice.

Mela sweetly but cunningly smiled at him and winked seductively.

"Hindi na siya babalik sa iyo, Andrew and I won't stop in telling you na, lahat ng gusto ni Mela Ang nakukuha niya.

And that includes you, Mr. Madrigal."

Mela matter o factly told him. Andrew sighed and stood up from the bench he was seating on.

He walked away leaving the delusional woman who was frantically calling him.

He was about to enter his car when his phone rang, he was about to swipe his android to answer the call when Mela suddenly appeared at his back and snatched his phone away from him.

"Hindi mo makukuha ang phone mo from me, Mr. Madrigal not until you spend the rest of the afternoon with me,"

Pahayag neto sa kanya at walang sabi sabi naglakad papuntang passenger seat ng kanyang kotse at dali daling pumasok dito.

Andrew groaned, angrily and cussed under his breath.

"Damn, this life." He said as he entered the driver's seat, defeated.

Naiyak at nakahiga pa rin si Faye sa kanyang kama when she felt someone climbed her bed and lay beside her.

Hindi lumipas ang ilang segundo, nang maramdaman niya ang mumunting halik sa kanyang pisngi.

Minulat niya ang mga mata at nakita ang anak na malungkot pero nakangiti sa kanya.

"Sorry na, mommy." Malambing na sabi ng anak.

Faye was about to hug her son to forgive him when she felt a gushed of white liquid slid between her legs.

Nanlaki ang mata niya and looked at her son,

"Mommy, are you okay?" Tanong ni Cobbie sa kanya.

Faye ignored her son's inquiry and instead told him to call his nurse Helen.

Her son obeyed her and hurriedly called the nurse.

Pagpasok na pagpasok ni Helen agad niya nakita ang kalagayan ni Faye at dali dali siyang inilalayan neto paalis ng kama.

"Tawagan mo Si Sir Paolo mo, tell him my water bag broke."

Sabi ni Faye sa nurse na umalalay sa kanya para dalhin siya sa kotse.

Helen nodded, instructed Cobbie to call his yaya which her son hurriedly obeyed.

Dinampot ni Helen ang phone ni Faye na nasa table sa may pinto ng kuwarto ni Faye at tarantang pinindot ang number ng kanyang Sir Paolo.

Ngunit sa kanyang taranta, she dialed the wrong number, unknowingly.

"Ma'am Faye di po sumasagot si Sir Paolo,"

Mahinahon pero kinakabahan na pahayag ng nurse kay Faye habang dahan dahan na inaalalayan siya papasok ng kotse, Cobbie and his yaya following them.
