Chapter 17

After a few,minutes of cuddling and laughter Andrew helped Faye as they stood up from their position, they walked towards Cobbie's playroom and silently entered the room.

Busy ang mga anak nila sa paglalaro at pagkukuwentuhan, masaya si Faye ng makita ang anak na masigla at masaya. Nasa tabi ni Ashley at Cobbie si Helen at ang yaya ni Ashley na masaya tinitignan ang kanilang mga alaga.

Dahil busy ang mga anak nila hindi sila napansin na pumasok ng playroom. Tumayo sila ni Andrew sa tabi ng pinto habang sinuportahan siya ng lalaki at pinulupot ang braso sa kanyang bewang at hinimashimas ang kanyang lumalaking tiyan.

"Huwag tayo pahalata, let us listen in their,conversation." Mahinang binulong ni Andrew sa tenga ni Faye. She nodded and focused her eyes sa mga anak nila.

"Your mom was sitting at my Dada's lap, parag baby si Tita Faye, nagpapakalong pa kay dada."

They heard Ashley say as she and Andrew looked at each other and tried to supress their laughter, habang ang mga yaya nito ay hindi na napigilan matawa ng mahina.

"Nakita ko rin si mommy nakaupo sa lap ni Tito Dada last night pagpasok ko sa room ni mommy. Baka,naman pagod mommy ko kaya nagpapakalong kay Tito Dada."

Narinig nilang inosenteng sagot ni Cobbie, tinakpan ni Faye ang bibig dahil hindi niya mapigilan matawa. Sinulyapan siya ni Andrew habang unti unti lumapit ang mga labi neto sa kanyang tenga.

"Baby baby ka kasi ayan huli tayo." Mahinang bulong ni Andrew sa kanya habang pinipigilan matawa.

Namula si Faye habang pinandidilatan ang katabing lalaki. Mahinang natawa si Andrew at hinalikan ang ibabaw ng kanyang ilong.

"Joke lang mahal ko, hindi ka naman mabiro." Pabirong sabi neto kay Faye.

Natawa lang ng mahina si Faye at tinuon ulit ang atensyon sa mga bata.

"So Cobbie, can you share your mom to me na?"

Ashley asked her son, tumingin ulit si Andrew sa kanya na natatawa at hawak kamay nilang inintay ang sagot ng batang lalaki.

"Of course, Tita Mommy mo na siya. Para we can be brother and sister na. Tapos yung baby ni mommy sa tummy niya siya ang baby sister or brother natin. Siya si Baby Boo."

Excited na sabi ni Cobbie sa kanyang kaibigan. Ashley jumped up and down, excitedly.

"Yehey! May tita mommy na ako."

The little girl exclaimed habang tinitignan siya ni Cobbie.

"Oh, why aren't you happy, Cobbie?"

They heard nurse Helen asked Cobbie, habang tinitignan neto ang alaga. Ashley looked at her friend as well.

"Masaya naman ako, iniisip ko lang paano ang mommy mo, Ash?"

The little boy asked the smart and smiling girl in front of him.

Ashley shrugged her shoulders and looked at her friend.

"I think my dada has a crush kay tita mommy. Puwede naman dalawa ang mommy diba."

Ashley matter o factly told her friend. Faye's son looked at his friend and wondered.

"Huh, crush? How did you know?"

Cobbie asked, his eyes a bit confuse with wonder. Faye was about to interject with the discussion for her to be able to carefully explain the conversation to her son, but Andrew place a finger above her lips to stop her.

"Lets listen to Ashley's answer."

He whispered to her. Faye obliged and focused her eyes to the kids.

"The way Dada looked at Tita Mommy. He looks like he was looking at me."

The little girl nonchalantly told Cobbie.

"Duh, puwede ba magkacrush ang daddy sa baby?" Tanong ni Cobbie sa kaibigan.

"You are so duh, Cobbie what I mean is Dada looks at your mom with love in his eyes. Parang sa akin, love kasi ako ng Dada ko."

Ashley smartly said to her son, Faye almost giggled but stopped herself. Andrew squeezed her hand and smiled at her.

Faye again focused her attention to the kids and continued to listen to them.

"Ah, yah like mommy looked at me at sa baby in her tummy. Sana paglabas ni baby boo, malakas na ako para I can play with you and baby boo."

Cobbie told Ashley. Andrew squeezed her hand, again as soon as he felt her hand tremble upon hearing what her son just said.

Without any words, Andrew pulled her towards their kids.

"Can Tita Mommy and I join you kids." The loving man said as they sat indian style beside their kids at Cobbie's playmat.

Her son approached her and sat at her lap as Faye gave him a hug.

"Of course baby paglabas ni Baby Boo hindi ka na sick mommy will make sure of that."

Faye said to her son as she kissed the top of his head and tried her best to contain her tears.

Cobbie slowly nodded his head and gave his mother a small smile.

Ashley approached Faye at niyakap neto si Cobbie at ang nanay neto.

"Tita Faye, can I call you my Tita mommy na?" Ashley softly and shyly asked her, her little arms still encircled at Faye's neck as Cobbie was sandwiched between her and Ashley.

Faye lifted her eyes towards the sweet little girl in front of her.

"Of course sweetie basta always remember that your real mommy loves you as well ha."

Ashley nodded and smile at her with delight, her arms still hugging her neck.

"Ayan Da, okay na si Tita mommy nag yes na siya. Bilisan mo na Da so that Tita mommy will say yes to you too."

Ashley suddenly exclaimed Andrew laughed and made an eye contact with Faye.

Both their eyes teary...

In a nano second Andrew kneeled before Faye, and mouthed something to her.

"I LOVE YOU..."

Andrew said, his lips quivering. Faye let out a tear and gave Andrew a small smile, she waited a few more seconds before holding Andrew's gaze.

"I LOVE YOU, TOO..."

She mouthed.

Andrew gave her a look of wonder and confusion before his eyes sparkled with pure love and happiness. He sweetly smiled at her and in an instant joined them as he hugged her, their children sandwiched between them.
