A week later...
Nia POV
I was at home with noah. While Xai was out doing whatever. Tomorrow I go to Brazil to take pictures. I'm so excited ☺️. "Mommy?" "Yes baby?" "Can we play in the pool?" "Yeah come on." He smiled. We changed real quick and went outside. I got a text message causing me to look down.
Julian- Hey stranger
Me- Heyy
Julian- what you been up to?
Me- Photoshoots you?
Julian- Same old same old.
Me- So wassup?
Julian- I was just checking on you
Me- Aww well thank you
Julian- Np 😌
Aww he's so adorable. I put my phone on the chair. Then jumped in the pool. Noah jumped in next with his floaty things. "You're so goofy." "No mommy you are." I love this little boy. "So what's the plan for today?" "Watch movies." "Okay we're going to watch movies and eat snacks until daddy comes home." "Mommy do you have to leave tomorrow?" "Yes i do. Mommy has to work to provide for you." "So why does daddy work?" "To provide for me and you." "So who provides for daddy?" "Me and you. We give him the reason to keep working." "Wow." "Yup." We played around a little then went back in the house. I put bath water in the tub for him first. Then i bathed his back i let him do everything else. While i went to take a quick shower. After i got out i took my weave out. I washed my hair then wrapped it up. I'll do something with it tomorrow. I put my pjs on and sat in the living room with Noah. He laid on me as I put on The Incredibles 2.

It was now 9:30 p.m and Xai hasn't answered any of my texts. I got up and called trey.
Trey- Yo?
Me- Where's Xai?
Trey- On a mission
Me- Oh ok.
Trey- he'll be home soon sis
Me- ok thanks
I hung up. I always worry like what if one day he never comes home. I don't know what I'll do if I lost him. "Come on Noah it's time for bed." "Ok mama." He got up and ran to the bathroom to brush his teeth. I watched until he was done then I put him to bed. "Good night mommy." "Good night love." I kissed his forehead and left out. I waited in the kitchen for Xai. I poured me a glass of wine. It's now 1:00 in the morning. Should I just go to sleep? Or should I sit here and drink my 5th glass of wine. Just then I heard the key in the door. I sat there still sipping my drink. He walked in and looked at me. "Hey." "Wassup why you still awake?" "I was waiting for you." "Why?" "Maybe because trey told me you were going to come home soon at 10:30. Now it's almost 1:30. So what did you do after your mission?" "You tripping just go to sleep." "I'm tripping?" "Nia I'm not bout to do this with you." "Where were you?" "I was at my club ight." "Doing what?" "I was checking on it. dammit nia go to sleep." "Why do you want me to go to sleep so bad?" "I don't have time for this." He left me. I was a little tipsy but I know I'm not tripping. I decided to follow him. "Xai you better not be doing nothing you don't have no business doing." "Yo back up go to fucking sleep." "Fuck you." "Why the fuck are you mad?" "Bye I'm going to sleep." He rolled his eyes. I went into our room and packed my bag for tomorrow. I'm so excited. With that I crawled into bed and went to sleep.
Xai POV
She annoying all ways trying to start a damn argument. I was on a mission then i left and went to my club. What i got to lie for I don't lie about shit to her. Man I can't do this shit with her. I went in the room and she was sleep. I'm gonna have to get rid of all this wine. I'm going to replace it with green tea that's the shit she drink. I took a shower then got in bed with her. I wrapped my arms around her. Then I fell asleep.
