She started drawing a simple outfit on a model. She was so bored it's only been like 5 minutes. She pulled out her phone and ft Xai. He answered on the third ring.
Xai-Yoo
Nia-hey
Xai-wassup
Nia-Guess What
Xai- What
Nia- I got the job
Xai- I knew you would
Nia- Yea and I have my own office.
Xai- I'm proud of you baby girl
Nia smiled. Then she heard a girl in the background.
Nia- Who's that?
Xai- Where
Nia- Xai you know where
Xai- I'll tell you later. But aye let me call you back.
Nia- Ok I'm almost done.
Xai- ight
She nodded and hung up. She felt as if he was cheating on her. "I should've known he wouldn't want to be with me for that long." She finished her work and turned it in to the girl who makes clothes. "You drew this?" "Yes." "Ok um.. did boss tell you about the tablets." "No." "Oh ok well here you go." "What is it for?" "You can draw on that and just send it over it makes everything easier." I just agreed even though I can't draw 3-D. I texted Xai telling him I was done. I went downstairs and waited outside for him. After 10 minutes of waiting outside in the hot sun. A car pulled up in front of me. The person unlocked the doors. I couldn't see inside because of the tinted windows. I walked up to the car. He rolled down the window. It was trey. "What are you doing here?" "Xai told me to come get you." I rolled my eyes. "Of course he did." Trey shrugged. I got in. "He told me to drop you off at the trap so that's where you going. Oh did you check your purse?" "What why?" "Just do it. Unless you remember what happened last night" he said. I was so confused. I quickly grabbed my purse and opened it. I was in shock. "Wh-who gave me this?" "A lot of men" he laughed. Shit. What did I do to get $1000 dollars in one night. "You guys let me be a prostitute!?" He laughed "Nooo." "How did I get this then?" "You and jilly was dancing and running around. We would never let you prostitute." "Oh so I was a stripper." "If that's how you want to look at it then yeah." I rolled my eyes. It all makes since now that's why Xai didn't come get me he's mad at me. "Why didn't Xai come get me his self?" "Handling business." "What kind of business? Who's he with?" "I can't tell you that ask him yourself." "Let me see your phone." "Hell Nahh call him on your phone." "But treyyy." "You have a whole phone." "Ok fine." I picked up my phone and called him and it went straight to voicemail. "Drop me off home" I said. "Nah you got to talk to boss." "Fine but after I want to go home." "Xai wants you to stay until he comes." "OMG whatever." "You mad?" "Leave me alone" I said putting my headphones in. 20 something minutes later we arrived. I got out and went in. I walked upstairs and down the hall. But I stopped walking once I seen this little boy. I took my headphones out and walked up to him. He was crying. I sat down next to him. He looked up at me. "Are you okay?" "No my mommy not here." "Where is she?" "She tol me to stay hwere." "How old are you?" He held up 2 fingers. "Well you can come with me. I promise I won't hurt you." He stood up and grabbed my hand and we walked to boss office. I knocked. "Come in." We walked in. "Who's this?" "I found him in the hall." "So your kidnapping kids?" I laughed. "What's your name young man?" "Noah." "Who's your mom?" "Mommy." "What's her name?" "Mommy." I laughed. "He's only 3." "Anyways what can I help you with?" "I need a job." "Here or?" "Can I have a couple of jobs here?" "Of course. You must be in the need of money?" "Yes I am I can't live with xai anymore. I feel like I'm always in his way." "I see. Well your always welcome to work here." "Do you know where he is?" "He's doing a job." "Ok is he with a partner." "No." "Mmm we'll do you know what he was doing earlier?" "Ask him. I'm not telling you anything else." "Ughhh but he's not answering for me" I said. "Well sweetie that's your problem you signed up for this" he said. To be honest I knew he was right I nodded and left. "So Noah- "There you are I've been looking everywhere for you. I can't believe you would just run off like that." Some lady said. "Mommy I have a friend." He said. "She's not your friend Noah she's trying to take you from me." "I am his friend. And I would never take someone else's child. I was trying to help you out. Your the one who left your child in a house full of crazy people." "You don't know me little girl." "You don't know me either so why tell Noah I'm trying to take him." She didn't say anything. "Now before you accuse of me anything how about you get to know me." "Your right I'm sorry. I'm just stressed I have to give him away to his half brother." I know I just met Noah but hearing that made me sad. "Well I wish he didn't have to leave I wish he could just stay with me" I said. "Well he can actually I love him but I can't keep him. He's too much for a druggy like me. But his brother might come looking for him. I'll just talk to him about it." She said. Then she gave Noah a hug and a kiss. "I love you don't ever forget that." She said and walked away. "Mommy?" He said. She turned around. "I wove you too." She smiled and walked out the door. "Okay Noah lets go downstairs with the boys." He nodded and lifted his hands up. I picked him up and we walked downstairs. I can't believe she just gave me her son and she's not coming back for him. Well I don't think she is. What is Xai going to say. I'm scared he might kick me out. I mean I'm going to leave anyway but still. "Ayee lady killa" some boy said. "That's not my name" I said. "Ouuu someone's mad" Ghost said. "Where is he?" "You look like a crazy baby mama." "You got jokes but I'm dead serious." "He's not here go home he'll be there." "I'm staying right here." "Ok well who's this?" "This is Noah." "Hi." "You got a kid now?" "Nah." "Well he look like Xai." I looked at Noah and I seen it he did look like Xai. I hope this isn't his son.
