Mateo POV When I saw Nias' friend with her brothers. I didn't realize how beautiful she was. Last night I was so into the game I didn't even acknowledge her presence. But today was just different. So I paid for her brothers stuff. Nia already said she was struggling. I wanna help the lil shorty out. "Hey!" I turned to see her. "Wassup?" "Um..never mind." "Nah wassup?" "Could I get your number." Don't smile....don't smilee... "Yeah let me see your phone." She handed it to me. I put my number in then put it under Fuego. "Fuego?" "Yeah that's my name." She smiled. "Okay um thanks." I nodded and finally let out a smile. She jogged towards her brothers. I gotta let Nia know bout this. I called her she picked up on the last ring. Nia- Yeah? Me- What you doing Nia- No put that down. NOW! I'm trying to get Noah to calm down. Me- ight I'm on the way Nia- have you talked to Xai? Me- Nah. With that she hung up. Well shitt.. I left the mall then drove to her house.
I opened the door walking in. Noah was running all over the place and Nia was on the floor with her head in her hands. "Noah Sit yo ass down!" He stopped quickly then sat. "Sorry." He mumbled. Xai POV I bought 2 dozens of roses and a lot rose petals. This was going to be the best proposal. I told Lannie and Jilly to come over so they can help. "You're lucky I love her." Jilly mugged. "Shut up. Before I send you with your nigga." "That's where I want to be anywayss." "Give him a break Jill." Lannie cut in. She didn't like me very much. I don't know why or care. "Eli on his way." I added. "His bitch ass. Probably was with that girl all day." "What girl?" "Asia. Y'all seen how he was looking at her?" "Nah he wasn't with her. She was at the mall with me." She mumbled something then continued to put out rose petals. "Is Eli bringing the cake?" Jilly asked. Nope. "Yeah." Trey was actually bringing the cake. He wouldn't miss my proposal for nothing. "We gotta hurry it'll be getting dark soon."
3 hours later.... The candles were set and lit and the rose petals surrounded the pool.
