Xai POV
As I shot that nigga. I seen everything he ever did to me and my moms run back through my head. "Xai it's over he's dead" trey yelled. I heard him but I wasn't hearing that shit. No one knows how much pain he caused me. Then this nigga gon come and try to get me off. I should've snapped on his ass. Eventually I stopped. I went back to see Lannie crying and Nia lifeless. "Trey go get the car." I yelled. He was standing over a dead Stacy.  "What we gon do with all these girls?" I asked boss. "I'll handle it you go save your girl." I picked up Nia and took her to the car. Lannie followed. "You don't mind if I go do you?" "Nah hop in" I said. Next thing I know this nigga fuego started running out the house. "Xai can- "Yea get in." We was finally on our way. Fuego was holding onto Lannie. "How long has it been?" I asked. "Too long." Lannie said. Trey ass can't drive for shit and he speeding. This nigga hit bout 10 curves. And we almost got in an accident. Finally we got there.
"Yo we need help" I said. "We need a medic" a nurse screamed. They took Nia out of my arms and put her on a bed. They rolled her to the back. We all sat down and waited. Jilly and kirah ranned in. "Where is she?" "In the back." Trey said. "Is she okay?" "We don't know the doctors haven't said anything" I told them. They just sat down. We all waited and waited. "Family of Nia Jones." We all stood up. "How is she?" I asked. "She's very strong we got the bullet out and she's going to make it."  Marcy said. "Thanks doc" trey said. "Trey how are you?" Marcy said. "I'm good mama." He said winking. "Trey you know I'm to old for you." She said. "Please you only 24. When someone gon put a ring on th-"Yea I'm engaged." She said. "You guys are invited to. Since you've been there for since I've been a little girl." "Ok text us the information and keep my girl healthy" I said. "You all can follow me." We followed her to a big ass hospital room. "Why this big ass room?" "I remember her from last time and I knew she was with you." She said giving me a stern look. "Well thank you" i said. I walked over to Nia. She was high off the medication. "Damn Nia I'm sorry. I knew I was risking a lot. Don't leave me babygirl. We got a future together. We gotta get this money together. Your the only girl I can see myself with." I said. "I'm not going no where." She said. "Your awake?" "I've been awake this whole time boo." She said smiling. "You just got shot 3 hours ago and yo ass in here smiling." "I'm alive ain't i and plus your here." She said. "And trey, jilly, kirah, lannie and mateo" I told her. "Really!? Go get them" she said. I texted trey telling them to come back in. "Come here. Lay with me." She said. I laid down with her. Then everyone walked in with gifts. They know damn well. "Hey girl." Jilly said. "We got you some stuff babes." Lannie said. "Thank you guys" she said with a big smile. "And Xai got you this." Trey said handing her a box of chocolates. "Aww bae thanks." She said hugging me. "I didn't get you nothing. They all just went to get that stuff and didn't tell me." "I thought thugs didn't snitch" jilly said. "I don't consider my self as a thug. I don't snitch but y'all some opps for that shit." "Ok Ok. But we still on for tomorrow girls?" Nia asked. "Yes If you out." "I can go home whenever Marcy said. Lannie there's a party tomorrow you should come" Nia said. "What party you ain't tell me bout no party." "Oh yea sorry. Julian's hosting it." She said. "Oh so that's why you didn't tell me." "Oh my gosh." She exaggerated. "I don't even like him no more. He has a girl that he's obsessed with." "I do too" I shrugged. "Mmm" she said. I rolled my eyes. Here we go again. "Well I'm not doing anything and plus I need to get back in school"Lannie said. "Ok that's great."Nia said. "Well I'm glad your okay but I gotta go" Kirah said."Yea we will see you tomorrow." Jilly said. "Okay bye guys." "Love ya" they said. "Love y'all too" she said. "Trey you can leave too if you want." I said. "Yea I know y'all need y'all privacy. Ight sis I'll see you." He said winking at me. I shook my head. Once everybody was gone it was quiet. She just went through the tv channels while I just laid there. "Nia" I said. "Just don't say anything" she said. "You always assuming that I'm doing something. Like I don't like him. I thought we already talked about this." She said aggravated. "Nia I know I'm sorry it's just your so beautiful and anyone can have you. I'm not ready to give you up yet." "Yet?" She said mugging me. "You know what I mean." I said. "Mm" she said. "Hear me out" I said. "I already did" she shrugged. "You should go home. We got school tomorrow." She said. "I'm not leaving unless you come with me." I say. "Well tell Marcy I'm ready to go" she says. I got up and told Marcy and she said ok. I go back in the room and Nia is already ready. "Can I leave now?" "Yea let's go." I called a Uber to my house. We got in and after a while we arrived. "It's over." She said. I looked at her like she was crazy. "What's over." "The whole trap thing with reaper." She said. "Oh." "What you thought I was talking about you and me" she laughed. "I'm bout to play 2k" I said. "No let's play black ops" she said. "You know how to play?" "Somewhat" she shrugged.
10 minutes later
"Shoot him" I yelled at her. "Nigga don't be yelling at me" she said. "He finna kill yo ass." "And I'm bout to kill yo ass if you don't shut up." She yells. I groan in agony. She finally killed the damn robot. "I don't wanna play no more." "Because you died." I said laughing. She gave me that fuck you nigga look. "I want to see my baby." "I'm right here." I told her. "I'm talking about Xaine." She said. "Well you better FaceTime mama t" I said.  "Lemme see your phone." She said. "Why" I say. "For I can call her obviously." "Here" I tossed it to her. I know she don't go through phones so I don't care. I don't got shit to hide. "Wassup Ma" I say. "You need to come over here your sister want to see you" she said. "She just seen me" I told her. "Xaiver I'm not playing with you." "Igh. I'll be over there tomorrow." She said ok and then her Nia talked. I just went in my office and did some work. She knocked on the door. "Come in" i said. "Here you go" she said handing me my phone. "You talked to Xaine?" "Yea he said he misses you." She said. I nodded. "Well I'm bout to go to sleep." She said. "Igh you going to school tomorrow?" "Do I have a choice." She said. "Yea you actually do." "I can stay?" "Yea I mean you did get shot." I said. "Ok I'll stay. Your the best." She said giving me a kiss. "I bet yo ass ain't going to sleep now." I said. "No I'm going to watch a scary movie." She laughed. She left and I continued my work. I called my boss. "Yo Who is snakes?" I say. "Snakes?" He said. "Yeah." "He lives in Miami. He a kingpin there." "We got beef with him?" "Nah snakes straight. We do business with him. But they don't call him snakes for nothing." "Igh I just found some papers saying we bought a club from him." "Oh shit. Yea I forgot to tell you. I gave you those papers weeks ago. You own a club downtown." "Word?" "Yea I mean you got 2 months before you be grown." "Preciate it Boss." I said. We hung up. I need to check it out once ion got shit to do. I went up to my room to get ready for bed. I laid down and scrolled down on instagram. Wasn't shit on there so I turned on the tv. I watched Netflix. I put on my block to see what that's about. I was bout 5 episodes in. When Nia came in "Can I sleep in here?" "You scared?" I laughed. "Yes nigga" she said. "Come on" I said. She came and sat down. "You was just talking about my show then you gon watch it." "I can do what I want" I said. "No you can't."  "Wanna bet?" She looked at me crazily. Oh shit. "Not anything just I can watch anything." She smiled scarily. "Nia yo ass scare me and I'm a damn killer." I said. She laughed. "Sorry." We watched tv until we fell asleep.
