some things don't need words
sometimes actions say more
words are used as a cover
while there are some who know truth
words don't need to be exchanged
to know what one says
there are time where silence beats noise
where all that is needed to do is sit
waiting and just being there
while noise may be easy
it's the silence that makes a difference
it's the willingness to be there
even when no words are needed
being there to lend a shoulder
or maybe even an ear
somethings don't need words
because in those moments
while noise is a good distraction
there are times where silence is needed
because sometimes things go beyond words
