a moon shines from below
as the sun sinks
and stars fill the darkened sky
casting light over valleys
light dusting of clouds glow slowly
over the moon
hours pass and time goes on
the moon sinks and the stars fade
a sun rises and shines so bright
blue sky around
each day pass and time goes on
time will always be there
it's up to us how we spend it
a moon in the darkness to show
light in all things dimmed ,positivity in negative times
a sun for the happiness you get with adventure
clouds for the times of sadness
and stars for those always beside
time goes on and moves forward
but so do we
time is always there
but it's up to us
what we do with it
